Hola umnyango we-Department of Justice and Constitutional Development njengoMongameli-Jikelele, unikeze olunye ukuqondisa okuyisigaba esiphezulu mayelana nokuphathwa kwezobulungiswa nenkululeko yomthetho isikhathi esiyiminyaka emihlanu.

Izidingo

• Nikeza ubuholi esihlelekile kanye nokuphatha ngokuphelele umnyango ngokugcine ukuphathwa kwezobulungiswa nokuphathwa kwebango lalo lomthethosisekelo lomthetho.
• Qaphela ukuthuthukiswa, ukuguqulwa nokuphathwa komthetho, izinkonzo zomthetho namagugu okuthuthukisa intando yeningi yomthethosisekelo, izinkululeko zomuntu nomthetho.

• Qinisekisa ukuphathwa kwezimali, ukuhlelwa okuhlelekile, ukuphathwa, ukuphathwa kokungcwatshiwa kokuba ngengozi, ukuhlolwa kwangaphakathi, ukusebenza kwenhlangano nokushintsha kanye nokuziphendulela ngokomthetho.
