Umsebenzi

Kwenze imisebenzi njengoSosayethi oyiNkulu wEzomnotho.
Kuthuthukiswe futhi kusetshenziswe izindlela zokungenela izinto namasu okukhuthaza ukukhula nokuthuthuka komnotho ngokuthuthukiswa koshintshi, ukuhweba kanye nokuKhuthaza Utshalomali.
Kusizakalwe futhi kuhlanganiswe ukuthuthukiswa kwezinkundla eziyinhloko ezinga leSifunda zomnotho (ukucubungula izolimo, ukukhiqiza, ukubumba ngcolosi, ezokuvakasha nomnotho oluhlaza).
Kusizakalwe oshintshi ukuze kuthuthuke izinga lokukhula komnotho.
Kubhekwe imigomo ehlukile, imigomo yesifunda nasezweni yokuqamba imisebenzi kanye nesibopho somthethosisekelo.
Kusizakalwe futhi kwenziwe ucwaningo oluzokwazisa ukuthuthukiswa nokubuyekeza izinhlela zokuthuthukiswa komnotho, imigomo namasu ngokuvumelana nezinto eziyinhloko ezinga lesifunda nasezweni.
Kwenziwe ucwaningo kanye nokuhlolwa kokusebenza kwamaphrojekthi ayesethwe, maqondana nalokhu, ubuchwepheshe, ezenhlalo nomnotho, ezingcoliso nasekuphathweni kwezimali kanye nokuqhuba imakethe ukuze kusize ekwenzeni isinqumo ngohlobo lwesixhaso samaphrojekthi nokuxhumanisa nokuthuthukiswa kwenkundla.

Kusizakalwe futhi kuphathwe ukudalwa kwesimo esivumela oshintshi abayinhloko eSifundazweni abanethamsanqa likakhulu ekuyweni imisebenzi, ekuthuthukiseni amakhono, ekusungulweni nasekhuleni kwezoshintshi ezingaphansi kanye namakhulu omkhakha kanye nokuxhasa i-BBBEE ngomnotho wemiphakathi namaphandle kuzifunda ezine zeSifunda.
Ukukhulisa amandla okuncintisana kwezinkundla eziyinhloka zomnotho zesifunda ukuze zikwazi ukuncintisana emazingeni e global, continental and international.
Kuphathwe amaphrojekthi ayinhloko kanye nezinkambiso zokusebenza nabalingane / izinkambiso ze service level agreements nabalingane abayinhloko ezinkundleni zomnotho eziyinhloka zesifunda futhi kuqinisekiswe ukuthi ziqedwa ngaphakathi kwesikhathi esibekiwe eshibile nangemfuneko yokusebenza.
