• Phatha ukuthuthukiswa nokusetshenziswa kwendlela yokuxhumana mayelana nokuxhumana komnyango ngaphakathi nangaphandle: Thuthukisa futhi ulondoloze izindlela zokuxhumana ngaphakathi nangaphandle ezihambisana namagolo omnyango.
• Phatha ukuthuthukiswa (okuhlanganisa isakhiwo, umklamo) nokusatshazelwa kwesitshexumva sabasebenzi esijwayelekile esiveza izibuko zamaphrojekthi, izindaba zempumelelo, kanye nemicimbe ezayo.
• Phatha futhi uvuselele i-intranet yomnyango noma inkundla yokusebenza ndawonye ngezindaba, inguquko zezindlela, namalabhulali wemithombo.

• Nikeza okuqukathwe ukuphathwa kanye nensekelo yokuxhumana nezindaba: Thuthukisa futhi ulondoloze ikhalenda yokukhetha okuqukethwe okuhlangene okubheka amakhaladi we-digital, social, print, kanye ne-multimedia.
• Hlela futhi ushicilele izihloko, okuthunyelwe kumabhulogi, amavidiyo, izixhumi zolwazi, kanye namapodikhesi, ukuqinisekisa ukuhambisana nelifa lomsuka namagolo.
• Buka futhi usatshazele izitatimende zabezindaba, izeluleko zabezindaba, izinto ezibalulekile zokukhuluma, kanye nemininingwane yangemuva ukumemezela izindaba, imicimbe, kanye namagagasi.
