Isekela Mongameli wamasevisi e-HR eNdhaweni Yesebi e-Bohlabela eBushbuckridge, edinga iziqu ze-NQF 7 neminyaka emithathu yohlelo oluhambisana kwabasebenzi nendlela yokuphathwa kwemisebenzi.

- Iziqu ezisezingeni elingenhla (NQF 7) njengokuthiwa yi-SAQA ekuPhathweni Kwabasebenzi /kuPhathweni Kwabantubonakaliswa noma iziqu ezingulinganiselo bahamba nazo njalo kanye neminyaka emi-3 yohlelo oluhambisana.

Umsebenzi
- Ukuphatha ngokuphelele amasevisi e-HR esifundazwe, okuhlanganisa ukwesekwa okukhethekile kwe-HR, ucwaningo kanye namasevisi wokweluleka, amasevisi okumiswa, ukusebenza, izindaba zomsebenzi, indlu kanye nokushiya, izibonelelo kanye nenkelo, amasevisi e-PERSAL registry, ukugcinwa kwe-PERSAL Personnel subsystem, kanye nokuhlanganisa zonke izinhlelo ze-HR.
- Ukuphatha ngokuphelele izindaba ngokuqhathanisa nokuvikela i-HIV/AIDS kanye nenzinkelo zokweluleka abasebenzi.
- Nikela isiqondiso, hlanganisa, qaphela kanye neluleka ngazo zonke izindaba ze-HR (endlela kanye nesinqubomgomo).
- Humusha izinqubomgomo ezikhona kanye nezintsha ezakhiwe futhi wenze kutholakale ukwenza izinqubomgomo ngemisebenzi ye-HR lapho kufanele khona.

Applications should be submitted on the latest Form Z.83, obtainable from any Public Service Department. Applications must in all cases be accompanied by a recently updated comprehensive CV only. Only shortlisted candidates for a post will be required to submit certified copies of qualifications, identity document and driver’s license on or before the day of the interview following communication from the relevant HR section of the Department. All short-listed candidates will be subject to a vetting process prior to appointment. If no response is received from Mpumalanga Department of Education within 90 days after the closing date of the advertisement, applicants must assume that their application was not successful. All shortlisted candidates, including the SMS, shall undertake two pre-entry assessments. One will be a practical exercise to determine a candidate’s suitability based on the post’s technical and generic requirements and the other must be an integrity (ethical conduct) assessment.
