• Ukusetshenziswa okusebenzayo kwezinsiza.

• Ukunikeza usizo kumasevisi okunakekela amagula nasohlelweni oluwumthunga oyinhloko ohambelana ne Operating Theatre.
• Ukugcina ukukhula ngomsebenzi / ngemigomo yokuziphatha okuhle nokuziphilelisa okuyisiko.
• Ukubonisa ukukhathalela amagula, ukukhuthaza futhi ukugcina ukwelashwa okuhle kanye nokunakekelwa okuhlanganisa ukwazisa nokuzethemba ekuphenduleni izidingo zomuntu oyigula, izidingo nokusebenza njengengxenye yohlelo olusebenza ngokuhlanganyela ukuze kuqinisekiswe ukunakekelwa okuhle okungabizi kakhulu, okulingana futhi okusebenza kahle.
