• Iziqu ze-Bachelor’s Degree noma isiqu esilinganiselayo kwi-Political Studies/Public Administration noma i-Development Studies noma isiqu esilinganiselayo ezingeni le-NQF level 7.
• Unyaka wesikhathi seminyaka emihlanu ohlezi ezingeni lokuphetha ibhodi okulingana ne-Assistant Director level enomuzwa ohambisanayo emaphakathini endabuko, ekuqashweni kwabaphathi bamaphakathi abathintekayo, ukuhlaziya inqubomgomo ilayisensi yokushayela esemthethweni.
• Amandla ajwayelekile: Intuthukiswa kwezinsizakalo, ukuxazulula izinkinga kanye nokuhlaziya, ukuphathwa kwabantu kanye nokunika amandla, ukumiswa komqondo wabathengi kanye nokugxila kubathengi, ukusebenzisana nekhompuyutha kanye noku kommunika.
• Amandla obuchwepheshe: Ulwazi ngemiphakathi yezindabuko, izinhlelo kanye nezinqubo kahulumeni, izindlela zokuqapha nokuhlonza, ukuqashwa kwabaphathi bamaphakathi abathintekayo, ukuhlaziya nokusebenzisa inqubomgomo, amabhayisana okubika ngawo kanye namakhono aphephiwe ngawo.
