Izidingo

• Grade 12 (Senior Certificate noma ikhwalifikheishini elinganayo).

• Ukunikeza izinsizakusebenza ze-clerical njengokushicilela, ukuhlela nokugcina inkondlo yokwamukela nemibhalo nemimisela yedatha; ukubuyekeza iresistra; imibuzo, okukhopyishwe, ukusambaza imibhalo, ukuchwetheza inkondlo, nokusebenzisa iziresistra ezingena/ziyaphumela nemafayela;
• Ukunikeza izinsizakusebenza zokuphathwa inzuzo ngaphakathi kwesikhungo;
• Ukunikeza izinsizakusebenza ze-clerical zokuphathwa kwabantu ngaphakathi kwesikhungo.
