Umsebenzi

  • Ukunikezela ngezinhlelo zokuthwala umsebenzi: ukulungiselela izifundo kanye nemicimbi yokungazibelela izinhlelo zokuthwala umsebenzi (PMDS), ukulungiselela inkubeka yezivumelwano zokuthwala umsebenzi, ukunxulumana nabaholi ku-PMDS okukusetshenziswe kahle, ukubhala/ukwenza izinkulumo zesimo se-PMDS, ukulungiselela ukuhlola kwe-PMDS ebantu abangasilingani nayo.
  • Ukunikezela ekusebenziseni umgomo wokuthuthuka kwamakosi abasebenzi (HRD): ukulungiselela amakomidi okukhulumela kwezikhono, ukulungiselela amabelephi lokubuyekezela umgomo we-HRD, ukunikezela ekusebenziseni umgomo we-HRD, ukulandelela iziphumo ze-HRD.
  • Ukunikezela ekusebenziseni izinhlelo zezikhono zomsebenzi (WSP): ukunxulumana namakomidi okuthuthuka kwezikhono zemigqalelo ye-work skills plan, inkubeka ye-Work Skills Development (WSD), ukunikezela ekusebenziseni imicimbi ye-Workplace Skills Plan (WSP awareness), ukulungiselela izinkulumo zenyanga/ikwadlali/iminyaka ye-WSP/ifinjoni yofundiso.
  • Ukunikezela ezinhlelo zofundiso zomnyango: ukwethula imicimbi yokuzikhethula/ukulungiselela, ukugqugquzela izinhlelo ze-Adult Basic Education and Training, okuqondile imifundo, ukulawula iskhemu seqephu lomsaada omubi.
  • Ukulawula umuntu osabisa amakosi abasebenzi: ukulungiselela, ukuhola kanye nokulinganiselela imisebenzi yeyunithi, ukulawula ukusebenza kanye nophuhliso lwabasebenzi, ukwaba imisebenzi kanye nokubeka umhlangano okhethekile, ukunquma umtetho wemininingwane ye-HR, izinqumo kanye nozinhlelo zokubeka, ukunikezela ekuxhumanisaneni kanye nokunxulumana phakathi kweyunithi nayenamanye amagatsha, ukulawula izinhlelo zomsebenzi zeyunithi, iyaji kanye nezinsiza.

A pre-entry certificate obtained from the National School of government is required prior to the appointment. All shortlisted candidates, including the SMS, shall undertake two pre-entry assessments. One will be a practical exercise to determine a candidate’s suitability based on the post’s technical and generic requirements and the other must be an integrity (ethical conduct) assessment. Candidates will be required to complete a financial disclosure form and undergo security clearance.
