• IGredi 1: Ikhwalifayeshini efanelekileyo nokubhalisa kwi-SAPC njengomenzi wamayeza - Umva womnye (1) unyaka kwiinkalo ezifanelekileyo emva kokubhalisa njengomenzi wamayeza kwikhonsathi yamachiza echazwe ngamazwe ngokubhekisele kwi basebenzi abagqithiswe ngamazwe abangekafunelwa ukwenza inkonzo yomphakathi njengoko kufuneka eSouth Africa.
• IGredi 2: Ishumi elihlanu (5) leminyaka yomva ofanelekileyo emva kokubhalisa kwi-SACP njengomenzi wamayeza.
• Lishumi elithandathu (6) leminyaka yomva ofanelekileyo emva kokubhalisa njengomenzi wamayeza kwikhonsathi yamachiza echazwe ngamazwe ngokubhekisele kwi basebenzi abagqithiswe ngamazwe abangekafunelwa ukwenza inkonzo yomphakathi njengoko kufuneka eSouth Africa.
