Imfuneko

• Isatifikethi siniqanaba phakamile (Grade 12 okanye izifundo ezilinganayo) ezithatha kwi-Mathematics kunye/noma i-Accounting njengezifundo eziphumelelwe;
• Ilayiseni yokushayela esebenzayo (i-Code B okanye ephezudwa).
• Iikhompetensi: Ukuqonda okululo ngokuqondanayo: Imisebenzi yemali, iindlela zokwenza izinto kunye nolwazi lokungenisa idatha, ukusebenzisa ikhompyutha nokubutha iindleke zemali;
• Imithetho yemali yeNkonzo yaWoLuntu, iinkqubo neenkqubo, iMigaqo yeNational Treasury, iMiyalelo ye-Provincial Treasury, uMthetho woLawulo lweMali yoLuntu (PFMA), 1999, (DORA, PSA, PSR, PPPFA, i-Manual yemali);
• Iinkqubo ezisebenzayo zemali nolawulo lwe-data base;
• Amakhono afunekayo: Ulwazi lokusebenzisa ikhompyutha (i-MS Office);
• Ukuca ulwalathiso nokuhlelwa;
• Unxibelelwano olululo lwamathambo nolubhalwayo;
• Ukwazi ukubala ngokusesiqu;
• Ulwazi lokungenisa idatha nokubutha iindleke zemali;
• Ulwazi lokusebenzisa izixhobo zofice nokuqina ukuba nakho ukusebenza ngoxinzelelo.

Imiqobo

• Zenze iinkcenkcesho ze-Accounting zemali: Qhubelela phambadi iinkqubo zokuqinisekiswa kwezimali ngokwemigaqo eqhubekayo ukuze kuqinisekiswe ukuba yonke imibhalo ekuxhasayo iphelele yaye ichanekile;
• Gcina uze ulungelelanise iiakhawunti ze-ledger ukuze kuqinisekiswe ukubhalwa okuchanekileyo kweekenkcesho zonke zemali;
• Zenza iinkonzo zoxhaso lwe-Bookkeeping: Qamba ngokuchanekileyo yonke iinkcenkcesho zemali kumanqam ezixhobo zokuqhuba ezingamkhankanya ngokweemfuno;
• Sula kwaye ulungelelanise iiakhawunti ze-ledger ngexesha elifanelekileyo ngophando nokusombulula izinto ezifuna ukuqwalaselwa.
