Oorsig

Rekenklerk benodig deur die Western Cape Department of Infrastructure om finansiële eise te verwerk, rekeningboekrekeninge te onderhou en boekhoudingsondersteuning te bied.

Vereistes

• Senior Certificate (Grade 12 of gelykwaardige kwalifikasie) met Wiskunde en/of Rekenkunde as geslaagde vakke; 'n Geldige bestuurslisensie (Kode B of hoër).
• Bevoegdhede: 'n Goeie begrip van die volgende: Finansiële funksies, praktyke asook die vermoë om data vas te lê, rekenaar te bedryf en finansiële statistiek te versamel;
• Openbare Dienste finansiële wetgewing, prosedures en prosesse, National Treasury Regulations, Provincial Treasury Instructions, Public Finance Management Act (PFMA), 1999,(DORA, PSA, PSR, PPPFA, Financial Manual);
• Finansiële bedryfstelsels en databasisbestuur;
• Vaardighede benodig: Rekenaarvaardigheid (MS Office);
• Beplanning en organisering;
• Goeie mondelingse en skriftelike kommunikasie;
• Basiese syferkundigheid;
• Vermoë om data vas te lê en finansiële statistiek te versamel;
• Vermoë om kantoortoerusting te bedryf en vermoë om onder druk te werk.

Pligte

• Lewer Finansiële Rekenkundige transaksies: Verwerk finansiële eise in ooreenstemming met toepaslike voorskrifte en verseker dat alle ondersteunende dokumentasie volledig en akkuraat is;
• Onderhou en rekonsilieer rekeningboekrekeninge om akkurate opname van alle finansiële transaksies te verseker;
• Voer Boekhoudingsondersteuningsdienste uit: Lê alle finansiële transaksies akkuraat vas in die tersaaklike finansiële bedryfstelsels;
• Ruim suspendeer- en rekeningboekrekenente betyds op deur versoenende poste ondersoek en te loste.
