Kliniese Bestuurder by Bambisana Hospitaal in die OR Tambo Distrik, wat HPCSA-registrasie as 'n Mediese Praktisyn en drie jaar se relevante ervaring vereis.

Vereistes

• Toepaslike kwalifikasie wat registrasie by die HPCSA as Mediese Praktisyn toelaat.
• Registrasie by die HPCSA as Mediese Praktisyn. 'n Minimum van 3 jaar toepaslike ervaring as 'n mediese beampte na registrasie by die HPCSA as Mediese Praktisyn.
• Kennis van relevante wetgewing soos die National Health Act, Mental Health Act, Public Finance Management Act (PFMA), Public Service Act en verwante regulasies en beleide.
• Bevoegdhede: Strategiese vermoë en leierskap, Program- en Projekbestuur, Finansiële Bestuur, Veranderingsbestuur, Personeelsbestuur en Bemagtiging, Dienslewering Innovasie, Kennisbestuur, Probleemoplossing en Analise, Kommunikasie, Kliëntoriëntasie en Kliëntfokus. 'n Geldige bestuurslisensie.

Pligte

• Bestuur van kliniese dienste in die hele hospitaal in ooreenstemming met die departementele standaarde, insluitend na ure soos gedelegeer.
• Neem deel en is verantwoordelik daarvoor om te help met die leiding en bestuur van die hospitaal se kliniese dienste.
• Onderhou akkurate gesondheidsrekords in ooreenstemming met wetlike etiese oorwegings.
• Lei en begelei personeel en gesondheidsverwante professionele persone in morbiditeits- en mortaliteitsondersoeke.
• Woon deurlopende mediese opleiding by en neem daaraan deel.
• Neem deel gehalteverbeteringsprogramme.
• Verseker dat kostedoeltreffende dienslewering binne die onderskeie departement gehandhaaf word.
• Wen administratiewe aangeleenthede soos vereis aan.
• Om die doeltreffende en effektiewe lewering van kliniese en administratiewe ondersteuningsdienste te beplan, te direkteer, te koördineer en te bestuur deur samenwerking met die sleutel uitvoerende bestuurspan by die hospitaal binne die wetlike regulerende raamwerk.
• Om die Hospitaal gesaghebbend te verteenwoordig by provinsiale en openbare forums.
• Bepaal stelsel vir intradepartementele funksies in ooreenstemming met hospitaalbeleid en kommunikeer dit aan personeel.
• Opleiding en ontwikkeling van personeel in die onderskeie afdelings.
• Verseker nakoming van National Core Standards vereistes of enige ander regulatoriese en/of statutêre vereiste.
• Voer gereelde kliniese oudits uit en ontwikkel, implementeer en monitor aksieplanne.
• Ontwikkel, monitor en analiseer begroting en finansiële inligting en benut alle hulpbronne op 'n doeltreffende en effektiewe wyse.
• Pas effektiewe probleemidentifikasie en oplossingsvaardighede toe as 'n metode van deurdagte besluitneming.
• Moet bereid wees om onder druk te werk en na-ure dienste te verrig volgens die kommuter-oortydbeleid.
• Stel mediese verslae op en lewer getuienis by verhore, wanneer vereis.
• Bestuur Prestasie en Ontwikkeling (PMDS) en voer kwartaallikse hersienings van ondergeskiktes uit.
• Die ampshouer moet ook bereid wees om voorgraadse en nagraadse junior dokters op te lei, te ontwikkel en te superviseer.
