• Registrasie by die Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA) as sielkundige in 'n tersaaklike registrasiekategorie (Opvoedkundig of Berederying), met 'n meestersgraad in opvoedkundige of beroepsielkunde. 'n Minimum van drie (3) jaar se ervaring na registrasie as 'n Onafhanklike Sielkundige.
• Agetooide persoonlike eienskappe: integriteit, profesionaliteit, selfmotivering, en die vermoe om doeltreffend binne 'n span te funksioneer.
• Sterk kommunikasievaardighede, beide skriftelik en mondeling, met 'n hoë vlak van beheptheid in Engels.
• Bykomende voordeel: Ervaring in beide psigoterapie en psigo-opvoedkundige ondersteuningsdienste.
• Ervaring in projekbestuur soos konsessies en akkommodasie en psigososiale ondersteuningsdienste binne 'n opvoedkundige konteks.
• Kennis en ervaring in die ontwikkeling, implementering en bestuur van data-insamelingstelsels om sielkundige strategiese intervensies te ondersteun.
• Duidelike begrip van tersaaklike beleide en wetgewing relevant tot IE soos EWP 6, SIAS-beleid en PAM. 'n Geldige bestuurderslisensie.

Pligte

• Die senior sielkundige sal die strategiese ontwikkeling en implementering van psigo-opvoedkundige ondersteuningsdienste fasiliteer, binne die konteks van inklusiewe opvoeding volgens relevante beleide soos WP6, SIAS, by wyse van Full-Service Schools, Public Ordinary schools en Special Schools om aan internasionale standaarde vir gespesialiseerde ondersteuningsdienste en inklusiwiteit te voldoen.
• Duidelike begrip van stelseltransformasie-veranderlikes en prosesse wat vereis word om 'n inklusiewe opvoedkundestelsel te vestig en in stand te hou ten einde ondersteuningsdienste te verskaf.
• Gebruik data-gedrewe benaderings om beplanning, monitering en besluitneming binne die inklusiewe opvoedkundestelsel te lei, soos ondersteunings- en verwysingsdatastelsels.
• Toesig oor hulpbron-toewysing, begrotingsraamwerke, moniteringstelsels en toesigprosesse om doeltreffende psigososiale dienslewering te verseker.
• Die senior sielkundige sal die strategiese beplanning, toewysing en bestuur van begrotings wat verband hou met psigososiale ondersteuningsdienste, lei.
• Toesig hou oor en monitering van die gesentraliseerde begrotings vir Learning and Teaching Support Materials (LTSM) en hulptoestelle wat ooreenstem met die terapeutiese en ondersteuningsbehoeftes van leerders wat hindernisse tot leer ervaar.
• Inagneming van Personnel Administrative Measures (PAM) by die beplanning, toewysing en bestuur van menslike hulpbronne binne psigososiale en inklusiewe opvoedkundige ondersteuningsdienste.
• Bestuur van sielkundiges, psiometriste en beraders rakende projekbestuur, werkinstrumente, opleiding en ontwikkeling en relevante beleidsontwikkeling.
• Ontwikkeling van oriëntasie- en opleidingsmateriaal vir psigososiale ondersteuningsdienste.
