Lei en bestuur die WBPHCOT-program in die John Taolo Gaetsewe-distrik, hou toesig oor gemeenskapsgesondheidsuitreik, voorkoming, verwysing en implementering van die verpleegplan.

Vereistes

• Basiese R425-kwalifikasie (d.w.s. diploma/graad in verpleegkunde) of 'n gelykwaardige kwalifikasie wat registrasie by die SANC as 'n Professionele Verpleegkundige toelaat.
• Registrasie by die SANC as Professionele Verpleegkundige. Bestuurslisensie.
• Ervaring: Graad 1: Geen, Graad 2: 'n Minimum van 10 jaar se toepaslike/erkenbare ervaring in verpleegkunde na registrasie as 'n Professionele Verpleegkundige by die SANC in Algemene Verpleegkunde, Graad 3: 'n Minimum van 20 jaar se toepaslike/erkenbare ervaring in verpleegkunde na registrasie as 'n Professionele Verpleegkundige by die SANC in Algemene Verpleegkunde.

Pligte

• Om die WBPHCOT te lei en te bestuur om gedefinieerde bevolkingsdekking en meetbare verbeterings in gemeenskapsgesondheid deur voorkoming, vroeë identifikasie, verwysing, koppeling en opvolg te bereik.
• Verskaf rigting en toesig vir die implementering van die verpleegplan (kliniese praktyk/kwaliteitepasientversorging).
• Implementeer standaarde, praktyke, kriteria en aanwysers vir gehalteverpleging (kwaliteit van praktyk).
• Beoefen verpleging en gesondheidsorg in ooreenstemming met die wette en regulasies wat relevant is tot verpleging en gesondheidsorg.
• Handhaaf 'n konstruktiewe werksverhouding met ander gesondheidsfasiliteite en versterk gemeenskapsgebaseerde dienste.
• Doelwitte: Kontinuïteit van gesondheidsorgdienste aan individue en huishoudings.
• Verskaf bestuur, toesig en toesighoudende leierskap vir die WBPHOT.
• Monitering en verslagdoening van WBPHOT.
• Leiding en kundige ondersteuning aan WBPHOT.
• Bystand met die bereiking van teikens soos deur gesondheidsfasiliteite geïdentifiseer.
• Fassiliteer gemeenskapsmobilisering en skep bewustheid oor gesondheidsiektes deur bewustheidsveldtogte en mobiliseer rondom gemeenskapsbehoeftes.
