• Kennis:- Openbedienswet, Openbediensregulasies, Batho-Pele-beginsels, kennis en begrip van menslike gedrag en maatskaplike stelsels, die vermoë en bevoegdheid om individue, gesinne, groepe, organisasies en gemeenskappe by te staan, te ontwikkel, vir hulle te pleit en te bemagtig om hul funksionering en hul probleemoplossingsvermoëns te verbeter, die vermoë om die funksionering van individue, gesinne, groepe en gemeenskappe te bevorder, te herstel, te handhaaf, voor te pleit en te verbeter deur hulle in staat te stel om take te voltooi, nood te voorkom en te verlig en hulpbronne doeltreffend te gebruik, die begrip en vermoë om maatskaplike dienste te verskaf ter beskerming van mense wat kwesbaar, risiko loop en nie self kan beskerm nie, die vermoë om Maatskaplike Werkers Graad 1 te mentor en af te rig, Werknemersprestasie- en Bestuursontwikkelingstelsel.
• Vaardighede: - Kommunikasie, luistervaardighede, interpersoonlike verhoudings, rekenaarvaardigheid, navorsing, probleemoplossing, gevorderde verslagskrywing, tydbestuur, aanbieding, fasilitering, berading, syferkundigheid, taal, bestuur.

The content of this circular must without delay be brought to the attention of all potential applicants. Applications must be forwarded to the relevant address.
