Geneesheer benodig by Leratong Hospital om die CTOP-, voorbehoeding- en ginekologie-eenheid te bestuur en kliniese personeel te superviseer.

Vereistes

• Toepaslike kwalifikasie van MBcHB/MBBcH wat registrasie by die HPCSA as 'n mediese dokter toelaat.
• Registrasie by die HPCSA as 'n onafhanklike geneesheer, en ervaring in onafhanklike werk in 'n Choice on Termination of Pregnancy (CTOP)-, Obstetrics & Gynaecology- en voorbehoedingseenheid.
• Kennis en vaardighede: CTOP Act 92 van 1996 en medikolegale aspekte, goeie kommunikasie- en voorligtingsvaardighede.
• In staat wees om 'n tweedetrimester-beëindiging van swangerskappe uit te voer.
• Basiese Obstetrics & Gynaecology-sonarvaardighede.
• Kennis van toepaslike pasiëntsorgriglyne en gereguleerde norme en standaarde (nasionale kernstandaarde), kennis van jaarlikse prestasieplan-doelwitte en prioriteite in verband met programme byvoorbeeld pasiëntervaring van sorgprogramme om kliniese dienste te verbeter.

Pligte

• Algehele kliniese bestuur van die CTOP-, voorbehoeding- en ginekologie-eenheid.
• Toesig oor interndokters, kliniese medewerkers, studente en ander kliniese personeel.
• Bestuur van pasiënte by CTOP-eenheid, Obstetrics & Gynaecology-departement en funksioneer in 'n multidissiplinêre span.
• Wees deel van die hospital se kliniese bestuurspan, District Health Service-bestuurspan en ondersteun bestuur in die beplanning en bestuur van kliniese diens in die hospital.
• Bestuur pasiënte doeltreffend en doeltreffend.
• Verbeter pasiënt/kliëntsorg deur implementering van toepaslike evalueringsmetodes, instrumente, protokolle en prosedures.
• Bestuur ginekologie-saal en obstetriese sorgsale om pasiëntsorguitkomste te verbeter, werk met die pasiëntveiligheidsvoorvalkomitee vir die volledige ontleding van voorkoming en verbeterde benaderings.
• Verbeter pasiëntrekordhouding; verbeter toeganklikheid van kliniese diens, betrokke by kliniese oudit.
• Verbeter data-insameling onder dokters en verpleegkundiges in die departement van O&G.
• Verseker nakoming van die National Core Standards/Ideal hospital Framework.
• Verseker nakoming van die gedragskode en openbare dienswet, regulasies en PFMA.
• Bystand verleen aan die doeltreffende bestuur van interne en eksterne belanghebbendes se klagtes en konflikte, binne die eenheid.
• Permanente verblyf of Suid-Afrikaanse burgerskap is noodsaaklik.
• Dra by tot die akademiese aktiwiteite van die hospital.
• Om afgewerkte oortydpligte uit te voer.
