Die Kantoor van die Hoofregter soek twaalf regterssekretarisse vir die Hooggeregshof van Gauteng in Pretoria en Johannesburg, wat 'n Graad 12-sertifikaat en gedeeltelike LLB-voltooiing vereis.
Vereistes
- Aansoekers moet in besit wees van 'n Graad 12-sertifikaat, 'n minimum van 20 modules voltooi vir 'n LLB, BA / BCOM-regtegraad. 'n Minimum van twee (2) jaar sekretariële ervaring in die tersaaklike veld.
- Kandidaat moet 'n tiktoets slaag. 'n Geldige bestuurslisensie sal as 'n bykomende voordeel dien.
- Kennis en vaardighede: Kennis van die Grondwet van Suid, tersaaklike wetgewing, regulasies, case-lines, court online, sekretariaatsvoorskrifte, verantwoordelikhede, stelsels en prosedures, elektroniese inligtingsbronne, aanlynherwinning en Batho Pele-beginsels.
- Vaardig in kommunikasie, beplanning en organisering, interpersoonlik, kliëntediens, tik insluitend diktafoon-tik, tydbestuur, Microsoft Office-programme, navorsingsvermoëns, probleemoplossing, oordeel en besluitneming.
- Saam met die volgende eienskappe: Selfversekerd, noukeurig, vermoë om onder druk te werk, tydsgebonde, buigsaam, kreatiwiteit, analities, professionalisme en aandag aan besonderhede.
Pligte
- Die afsprake en vergaderings van die Regter in die dagboek aanteken, die vonnisse tik en lêer, verseker dat die vonnisse wat gelewer (afgegee) is, getekende konsepbevele wat in die hof of virtueel toegeken is, na die Tikster gestuur word vir skandering, oplaai na Case-lines/Court-Online en die Biblioteek.
- Verseker dat alle besoekers ontvang, gesif en hul navrae behandel word, alle inkomende en uitgaande dokumente aanteken, skryfbehoeftes vir die Regter bestel en versamel, die lêers voor die aanvang van 'n strafsaak by die Kantoor van die Registra in die Straf-afdeling versamel, die register van hersienings op datum hou en by ontvangs teken om die hersienings aan die Klerk terug te gee, verseker dat die register/sjabloon van die gereserveerde vonnis opgedateer word en die Statistiekbeampte en die kantoor van die Regterpresident in kennis stel wanneer vonnis gelewer is, verseker dat die getikte vonnisse van tiksters die Regters bereik vir goedkeuring en handtekening, hofrolle vir Opposed Motion en Urgent Court voorberei en aan belanghebbendes versprei, verseker dat die Hoofde van Argument van verskeie belanghebbendes volgens die indiening wat gedoen is beskikbaar is aan die Regter, die korrekte Eed ID of verklaring in die hof toedien wanneer vereis, verseker dat die bankboek van die Regter voorberei is en lêers deur Ushers voor die aanvang van die verrigtinge na die hof geneem word, verseker dat alle betrokke belanghebbendes voor die aanvang van verrigtinge in die hof teenwoordig is, verseker dat alle sake volgens die hofrol op rekord geroep word deur middel van die roep van die saaknommer en die partye se name, voordat 'n Regter partye kan toelaat om met hul sake te begin, verseker dat in die Strafhof uitstallings professioneel hanteer, beheer en aangeteken word, verseker dat alle reis- en akkommodasie-reëlings in orde is en die dokumente vir goedkeuring onderteken, verseker dat die Regter se logboek op of voor die 5de van elke maand by die Vervoerbeampte ingedien word, verseker dat die motor vir óf instandhouding óf diens bespreek word, die voorafmagtiging vir die Regter se voertuig ontvang, die Regter herinner aan die fakture sodat die indiening van die S&S-eise verwerk kan word, verseker die indiening van selfoon- en 3G-data-eise vir verwerkingsdoeleindes en verseker dat alle opdaterings op die losblaadblaaie in die Regters se biblioteek behandel word.

Prior to appointment for SMS, a candidate would be required to complete the Nyukela Programme: Pre-entry Certificate to Senior Management Services as endorsed by DPSA which is an online course, endorsed by the National School of Government (NSG). Each application form must be fully completed, duly signed and initialed on both pages by the applicant.
