Inligtingsekuriteitsbeampte benodig in Pretoria om dokumentsekuriteits- en inligtingsbestuurskontroles binne die Department of Land Reform and Rural Development te implementeer.

Vereistes

  • Minimum vereistes: Aansoeker moet 'n Graad 12-sertifikaat en 'n Nasionale Diploma in Bestuur / Rekordbestuur / Sekuriteitsbestuur (NQF Level 6) of verwante ekwivalente kwalifikasie hê.
  • Minimum van 1 jaar ondervinding in 'n relevante werksomgewing. 'n Geldige bestuurderslisensie.
  • Werkverwante kennis: Kennis van inligtingsveiligheid, rekordbestuur, en minimum inligtingsstandaarde.
  • Werkverwante vaardighede: Kommunikasie (mondelings en skriftelik), fasilitering, verslagskrywing, interpersoonlike verhoudinge en analities.
  • Moet in staat wees om uitgebreid te reis.

Pligte

  • Voer dokument-/inligtingsbestuurskontrole uit.
  • Implementeer dokument- en inligtingsveiligheid volgens MISS.
  • Monitor en inspekteer die beweging van inligting binne DLRRD.
  • Implementeer standaarde om beheerde toegang tot inligting te verseker.
  • Implementeer departementele sekuriteitsbeleid en standaard bedryfsprosedures.
  • Ontwikkel standaard bedryfsprosedures in ooreenstemming met MISS.
  • Verseker klassifikasie van sensitiewe inligting in ooreenstemming met MISS.
  • Verseker dat alle amptenare geheimhoudingsverklaringsvorms voltooi.
  • Voer sekuriteitsoudits uit.
  • Voer na-uur-inspeksies uit.
  • Rapporteer voorvalle rakende inligtingsveiligheid.
  • Verseker dat alle amptenare geheimhoudingsverklaringsvorms voltooi.
  • Fasiliteer Kommunikasiesekuriteit deur SSA.
  • Voer ad hoc Registratuursekuriteitsinspeksies uit in ooreenstemming met MISS.
  • Geïntegreerde Sekuriteitsstrategie van DLRRD in ooreenstemming met MISS en MPSS.
  • Voer inligtingsveiligheidsbewusmaking uit.
  • Hou indrukpredisentasies vir nuut aangestelde amptenare.
  • Hou terugvoersessies oor Sekuriteitsoudit en Assesserings.
  • Voer Geïntegreerde Sekuriteitsbewusmaking uit.
  • Ontwikkel 'n bewusmakingspamflet en verseker kommunikasie.
  • Ontwikkel en kommunikeer Inligtingssekuriteitsplanne.
