Oorsig
Strategiese beplanningsbeampte benodig om departementele beplanningswerkswinkels te koördineer; vereis 'n diploma, drie jaar se ervaring en 'n bestuurslisensie.
Vereistes
- Minimum vereistes: Aansoekers moet 'n Grade 12-sertifikaat en 'n National Diploma in Public Management / Public Administration / Business Administration / Business Management / Management of 'n ekwivalente kwalifikasie hê.
- Minimum van 3 jaar se ervaring in strategiese beplanning of monitering en evaluering in 'n regeringsomgewing. 'n Geldige bestuurslisensie.
- Werksverwante kennis: Kennis van die regeringsbeplanningsiklus (Medium Term Expenditure Framework (MTEF), Medium-Term Development Plan (MTDP), uitkomste-benadering, ens.).
- Regeringsbeleid verbonde aan strategiese beplanning, monitering en evaluering, uitkomste-benadering, en dié wat verband hou met die Department of Land Reform and Rural Development.
- Basiese navorsing.
- Ontwikkeling van aanwysers en bestuur van prestasie-inligting.
- Werksverwante vaardighede: Rekenaarvaardigheid. Verslagskrywing.
- Kommunikasie (mondelings en skriftelik) en interpersoonlike verhoudinge.
- Inligtingversameling, -ontleding en -interpretasie.
- Organisatoriese en koördineringsvermoë.
- Analitiese vermoë. Spanwerk.
Pligte
- Verstaan departementele beplanningsprosesse deur beplanningswerkswinkels te reël, te koördineer en te fasiliteer.
- Die reël en koördineer van beplanningswerkswinkels sal die stuur van uitnodigings, die bespreek van plekke, die opstel van agenda's en die sirkulasie daarvan behels.
- Fasiliteer geleenthede tydens en na beplanningswerkswinkels deur te verseker dat inligting wat tydens en na beplanningswerkswinkels ingewin is, aan belanghebbendes versprei word en terugvoering binne vasgestelde tydlyne verskaf word.
- Versamel, analiseer en organiseer inligting ter voorbereiding vir strategiese beplanningswerkswinkels en dokumente.
- Versamel beplanningsinligting van takke, provinsies wat ontleed word in terme van relevantie en toepaslikheid.
- Kontroleer betroubaarheid voordat dit aan die beplanningsessie voorgelê word.
- Oorsien die ontwikkeling van Annual Performance Plans (APP) en Branch Annual Operational Plans (AOP).
- Koördineer bydraes tot APP en AOP vir belyning met die Strategiese Plan en die Medium-Term Development Plan (MTDP) dokumente.
- Belyn inligting met hoëvlakplanne van die regering.
- Voer hersienings en herbelyning van Annual Performance Plan en Strategic Plan (SP) uit.
- Bystand verleen by die koördinering en fasilitering van die hersiening en herbelyning van die APP en SP.
- Herbelyn planne met inagneming van hulpbronne tot die beskikking van die departement en huidige prestasietendense.
- Bystand verleen by die koördinering van die proses om departementele beplanningsriglyne te ontwikkel.
- Verskaf tegniese ondersteuning aan provinsies tydens die departement van Integrated Operational Plans (IOP).
- Verskaf tegniese ondersteuning aan provinsies tydens die ontwikkeling van IOP's.
