Assistentdirekteur vir Kurrikulumontwikkeling en Administrasie by die Department of Higher Education and Training, wat kurrikulum- en toesighoudende ervaring vereis.

Vereistes

• National Senior Certificate/Grade 12/ STD 10 of NCV level 4 tesame met 'n drie (3) jaar erkende National Diploma/Degree (NQF L7) en 'n erkende onderwyskwalifikasie, SACE Certificate.
• Vyf (5) jaar se ervaring in Kurrikulumontwikkeling plus 'n minimum van 3 jaar se toesighoudende ervaring en 'n geldige bestuurderslisensie.
• Vaardighede en Bevoegdhede: Kennis van Public Service Act, Kennis van CET Act of 2006 soos gewysig, Rekenaargeletterdheid.
• Leierskapsvaardighede en bestuursvaardighede, projekbestuursvaardighede en kommunikasie, insluitend aanbiedingsvaardighede.
• Vermoë om onafhanklik sowel as in 'n span te werk.
• Beplanning, organisering, leiding en beheervaardighede.
• Navorsing, verslagdoening en aanbieding.

Pligte

• Om te fasiliteer: Implementering van beroepskwalifikasies.
• Beleidontwikkeling en implementering van beroepskwalifikasies.
• OHS-nakoming, POE's formaat en inhoud, tipes masjinerie wat gebruik word.
• Nutshanteering in die werkswinkel en berging.
• Vloerafkodings en werkswinkelhokkies, onderrig-en-leerbeleid, assessering, sertifisering en appèlbeleid.
• Leerderondersteuningsdienste, voor, gedurende en na die opleidingsintervensie.
• Inhoud van onderrig-en-leerportefeuljes in ooreenstemming met QCTO.
• Identifiseer nuwe markneigings om behoeftes en geleenthede te bepaal.
• Formuleer strategieë om die lewering van beroepsprogramme uit te brei.
• Ontwikkel en hersien prosedures en sjablone vir die implementering van beroepsleerprogramme.
• Bestuur en fasiliteer registrasie van leerprogramme.
• Registrasie van projekfasiliteerders, assessore, RPL-beoefenaars en moderatore by onderskeie owerhede.
• Vennootskappe met industrieë.
• Die kwaliteitsversekeringsfunksies word uitgevoer ooreenkomstig die vasgestelde regulasies.
• Fasiliteer die sertifisering van bekwame leerders in ooreenstemming met toepaslike wetgewing en QCTO-vereistes.
• Verskaf kurrikulumverbetering en implementeringsondersteuning vir beroepsprogramme.
• Verseker akkreditasie van programme wat aangebied word en werkswinkel deur die toepaslike akkreditasie.
