Professionele verpleegkundige (Graad 1 tot 3) benodig as kliniese opleier by Helderberg Hospital om in-diens-opleiding en -oriëntering vir verpleegkundiges te fasiliteer.

Vereistes

• Minimum opvoedkundige kwalifikasie: Basiese R425-kwalifikasie (d.w.s. diploma/graad in verpleegkunde) of ekwivalente kwalifikasie (R683 plus R254 plus R880) wat registrasie by die Suid-Afrikaanse Verpleegkundige Raad (SANC) as Professionele Verpleegkundige toelaat.
• Registrasie by 'n professionele raad: Registrasie by die SANC as Professionele Verpleegkundige.
• Ervaring: Graad 1: Geen.
• Graad 2: 'n Minimum van 10 jaar toepaslike/erkenningwaardige ervaring in verpleging na registrasie by die SANC as Professionele Verpleegkundige in Algemene Verpleging.
• Graad 3: 'n Minimum van 20 jaar toepaslike/erkenningwaardige ervaring in verpleging na registrasie by die SANC as Professionele Verpleegkundige in Algemene Verpleging.
• Inherente vereiste van die pos: Geldige Code EB/EC-bestuurderslisensie.
• Bereidwilligheid om na-uurse opleidingsdiens te verrig vir personeellede in nagdiens.
• Bevoegdhede (kennis/vaardighede): Goei interpersoonlike, beplannings- en organisatoriese vaardighede.
• Rekenaarvaardigheid (MS Word, Excel & Outlook) Kennis van die verpleegkunde-opleiding en -opleiding.

Pligte

• Fasiliteer die in-diens-opleiding/bywerking van vaardighede en bevoegdhede asook die oriënteringsprogram vir verpleegkundiges.
• Help met effektiewe bestuur en benutting van fisiese, materiële en finansiële hulpbronne binne die verpleegopleidingsdepartement.
• Handhaaf etiese standaarde en bevorder professionele groei en selfontwikkeling.
• Neem deel aan persoonlike ontwikkeling, navorsing en gehalte-inisiatiewe.
• Implementeer assesseringsstrategieë om personeel en leerders se bevoegthede te bepaal.
