Mediese Spesialis in Onkologie gesoek vir Inkosi Albert Luthuli Central Hospital in KwaZulu-Natal, met vereiste vir HPCSA-spesialisregistrasie in Radiotherapie-onkologie.

Vereistes

• MBChB of gelykwaardig.
• Registrasiesertifikaat as 'n Spesialis: Radiotherapie-onkoloog by die HPCSA en Huidige Registrasiekaart by HPCSA.
• Ervaring: Graad 1: Ervaring Nie van toepassing nie.
• Kandidate wat die FC Rad Onc Deel II-eksamens voltooi het en op resultate wag, is welkom om aansoek te doen.
• Aanstelling kan eers plaasvind sodra spesialisregistrasie beskikbaar is.
• Graad 2: Vyf (5) jaar toepaslike ervaring as 'n Mediese Spesialis na registrasie by die HPCSA as 'n Spesialis in Radiasie-onkologie.
• Graad 3: Tien (10) jaar toepaslike ervaring as 'n Mediese Spesialis na registrasie by HPCSA as 'n Spesialis in Radiasie-onkologie.
• Bykomende Kwalifikasies: Registrateurs wat hul opleiding voltooi het, mag ook aansoek doen op voorwaarde dat hul aanstelling onderhewig sal wees aan die voorlegging van dokumentêre bewys van registrasie by die Health Professional Council of South Africa as 'n Spesialis in Radiasie-onkologie.
• Kennis, Vaardighede, Opleiding en Bevoegdhede Vereis: Deeglike kliniese kennis binne die dissipline van mediese en radiasie-onkologie.
• Vermoë om alle onkologiese noodgevalle te hanteer.
• Kennis van etiese mediese praktyk.
• Vermoë om volwasse pasiente met soliede-orgaan-maligniteite en geselekteerde limfome te assesseer, diagnoseer en te bestuur.
• Bevoeg in die radioterapie-bestuur van pediatiese maligniteite.

Pligte

• Verskaffing van holistiese sorg vir onkologiepasiente in die Ethekweni Onkologie-kompleks, insluitend Addington en Inkosi Albert Luthuli hospitale, asook uitreikdienste na Ngwelezane/Queen Nandi hospitaal soos deur die departement vereis.
• Onderhou mediese rekords, insluitend op 'n elektroniese platform.
• Neem deel aan die Kwaliteitsverbeteringsprogramme van die Departement/Hospitaal.
• Handhaaf kliniese, professionele en etiese standaarde.
• Betrokke wees by gemeenskapsgerigte/uitreikprogramme, insluitend die verskaffing van kundige advies en dienste aan alle gesondheidsfasiliteite binne die provinsie soos gedelegeer deur die hoof van die departement en die behoeftes van die Provinsie.
• Deelname aan die verskaffing van nagraadse onderrig van gesondheidspersoneel, insluitend registratore-onderrig.
• Bywoon en deelneem aan departementele akademiese sessies en vergaderings vir deel 1- en deel 2-registratore asook mediese beamptes.
• Die suksesvolle aansoeker sal vereis word om na-ure pligte uit te voer en deel te wees van 'n multidissiplinêre span wanneer dit nodig geag word.
• Neem deel aan Kliniese Bestuur.
