Vereistes

  • 'n Voorgraadse kwalifikasie (NQF vlak 7) in 'n kliniesverwante veld, met 'n geldige registrasie by die tersaaklike professionele liggaam. 'n Nagraadse graad/diploma in bestuur. 5 jaar se ervaring op senior bestuursvlak.
  • Ongeëndorsede geldige Code B-bestuurslisensie (Code 08).
  • Bykomende Inligting: Bestuurservaring by 'n Streeks-/Tersiêre Hospitaal sal 'n bykomende voordeel wees.

  • Werkdoelwit Om die lewering van kliniese en administratiewe ondersteuningsdienste op 'n effektiewe en doeltreffende wyse te beplan, te rig, te koördineer en te bestuur, in samewerking met die sleutel-uitvoerende bestuurspan by die hospitaal en binne die regtelike en regulatoriese raamwerk en regeringsvereistes, om die hospitaal gesaghebbend by provinsiale en openbare forums te verteenwoordig, om strategiese leierskap te verskaf om operasionele doeltreffendheid binne die gesondheidsinstelling te verbeter om gesondheidsuitkomste te verbeter.
  • Strategiese beplanning: Berei 'n strategiese plan vir die Hospitaal voor om te verseker dat dit in ooreenstemming is met die 10-punt plan, nasionale, provinsiale, streeks- en distriksplanne asook die Departement se strategiese doelwitte en Objektiewe.
  • Finansiële Bestuur: Verseker dat voldoende beleide, stelsels en prosedures in plek is om versigtige bestuur van finansiële hulpbronne, finansiële beplanning, hulpbronmobilisering, insluitend monitering en evaluering moontlik te maak;
  • Verseker toepaslike batebestuur en verantwoordelikheid vir alle bates van die instelling;
  • Identifiseer strategiese en operasionele risiko's en verseker dat strategieë in plek is om dit aan te spreek, asook om die vordering te monitor;
  • Maksimeer inkomste deur die invordering van alle inkomste wat aan die hospitaal verskuldig is.
  • Fasiliteitebestuur: Verseker besigheidsondersteuning en stelsels om optimale bestuur van die instelling sowel as optimale dienslewering te bevorder, verseker dat stelsels en prosedures in plek is vir infrastruktuurbeplanning en tydige onderhoud van fasiliteite en toerusting.
  • Menslikehulpbronbestuur: Implementeer en handhaaf beleide en riglyne, stelsels en prosedures vir menslikehulpbronbestuur wat effektiewe en doeltreffende benutting van menslike hulpbronne sal verseker;
  • Bevorder 'n veilige en gesonde werksomgewing deur nakoming van die Occupational Health and Safety Act, insluitend komitees vir beroepsgesondheid en -veiligheid;
  • Verseker deurlopende ontwikkeling en opleiding van personeel en implementeer monitering en evaluering van prestasie.
  • Aankope en Bestuur van Toerusting en Voorrade: Implementeer 'n inkoop- en voorsieningstelsel wat billik, deursigtig, mededingend en kostedoeltreffend is in terme van provinsiale gedelegeerde gesag in ooreenstemming met PFMA, en Supply Chain Management-voorskrifte;
  • Verseker dat goedere en dienste op 'n kostedoeltreffende en tydige wyse verkry word;
  • Verseker deeglike kontrakbestuur vir alle gekontrakteerde dienste.
  • Kliniese en Korporatiewe Goewerance: Hou toesig oor kliniese goewerance om hoë standaarde van pasiëntsorg te verseker, vestig gemeenskapsnetwerke en rapporteer aan die Hospitaalraad en ander tersaaklike toesigkomitees/liggame;
  • Verseker die instelling van die tersaaklike goewerance-strukture gekoppel aan kliniese en nie-kliniese funksies en verantwoordelikhede;
  • Bestuur alle risiko's van die instelling en implementeer strategieë om optimale bereiking van gesondheidsuitkomste te verseker.
