Adjunkdirekteur vir Governance and Regulations Rights wat adviserende ondersteuning bied oor Parlementêre en Kabinetsake binne die Department of Women, Youth and Persons with Disabilities.
Vereistes
- Senior Sertifikaat en 'n NQF7 bachelorsgraad soos deur SAQA erken in Youth Development, Social Sciences, Development Studies of verwante veld. 'n Minimum van 3 jaar ervaring in eerste vlak/middelvlakbestuur in jeugontwikkeling/belanghebbendes of verwante veld.
- Kennis: Wetgewing, bestuursraamwerk en voorskrifte van toepassing;
- Kennis van die National Youth Policy, NYDA Act, Belanghebbende-bestuur, Projektbestuur, Risikobestuur, Protokol en Etiket, Politieke prosesse, funksies en konteks, Begrip en waardering van Youth Development, Navorsing.
- Vaardighede, Primêr: Projekkonsseptualisering en -bestuur, Belanghebbende-bestuur, Netwerking en Verhoudingsbou, Program- en projektbestuur, Effektiewe verslagskryfvaardighede, Voorleggings- en skriftelike kommunikasievaardighede, Impak en Invloed.

Pligte
- Verskaf tegniese en adviserende ondersteuning aan principals om ingeligte besluite te neem;
- Ondersteun bestuur oor Parlementêre aangeleenthede;
- Stel Kabinetnotas op wanneer versoek;
- Ontwikkel voorleggings en kortingsnotas vir die politieke principals, Stel praatnotas vir die principals op;
- Stel Kabinetnotas op;
- Bestuur en koördineer nasionale jeugbetrekkinge om jeugontwikkeling te bevorder;
- Bestuur nasionale jeugbetrekkinge om jeugontwikkeling te bevorder;
- Bestuur die implementering van kwartaallikse nasionale National Youth Machinery-vergaderings, Konseptualiseer en bestuur jeugontwikkeling-uibreikprojekte., Fasiliteer deelname van belanghebbendes in nasionale projekte om jeugontwikkeling te bevorder.;
- Fasiliteer implementering, monitor, evalueer en rapporteer vordering van nasionale projekte wat jeugontwikkeling bevorder;
- Koördineer internasionale belanghebbende-betrekkinge om jeugontwikkeling te bevorder.
- Koördineer internasionale belanghebbende-betrekkinge oor jeugontwikkeling, en fasiliteer deelname van belanghebbendes in internasionale jeugontwikkelingsgeleenthede.
- Verskaf ondersteunende ondersteuning in die koördinering van internasionale multilaterale en bilaterale betrekkinge (UN, AU, SADC, BRICS, IBSA, Commonwealth, Non-Aligned Movements, en bilaterale betrekkinge).: Fasiliteer implementering, monitor, evalueer en rapporteer vordering van nasionale projekte wat jeugontwikkeling bevorder;
- Fasiliteer implementering, monitor, evalueer en rapporteer vordering van internasionale projekte wat jeugontwikkeling bevorder;
- Rapporteer vordering oor bilaterale en multilaterale internasionale betrekkinge wat jeugontwikkeling bevorder aan belanghebbendes;
- Stel tros- en kabinetnotas op oor tersaaklike internasionale projekte en fasiliteer die voorlegging daarvan., Verskaf ondersteuning met NYDA-prestasie-oor sig.
- Stel kwartaallikse NYDA-moniteringsverslae op;
- Beplan en monitor implementering van NYDA-werfbesoeke, koördineer antwoorde op Parlementêre vrae wat aan die NYDA gerig is, en fasiliteer goedkeuring van die kwartaallikse NYDA-tranche-betalings.
- Fasiliteer die aanstelling en inductie van die NYDA-raad.
- Fasiliteer goedkeuring en monitor implementering van die Aandeelhouerskompak, en doen gehaltebeheer oor die planne en verslae van die NYDA.
- Rig personeel aan en verseker effektiewe benutting van menslike en materiële hulpbronne;
- Wijs werk en hulpbronne toe aan ondergeskiktes om te verseker dat prioriteite, teikens en sperdatums bereik word; hou toesig oor en bestuur personeel, insluitend prestasiebestuur, ontwikkeling, dissipline en werkplekondersteuning.
- Teken en dien verlofvorms binne die voorgeskrewe tydsraamwerke in.
