Vereistes

• Minimum opvoedkundige kwalifikasie: Basiese R425-kwalifikasie (d.w.s. diploma/graad in verpleegkunde) of ekwivalente kwalifikasie (R683 plus R254) wat registrasie by die South African Nursing Council (SANC) as 'n Professionele Verpleegkundige toelaat.
• OF 'n 4-jarige Bachelorgaad in Verpleegkunde (R174) of ekwivalente kwalifikasie (R683 plus R1497 of R171 plus R1497) wat registrasie by die South African Nursing Council (SANC) as 'n Professionele Verpleegkundige toelaat.
• Registrasie by 'n professionele raad: Registrasie by SANC as 'n Professionele Verpleegkundige.
• Ervaring: Graad 1: Geen Graad 2: 'n Minimum van 10 jaar toepaslike/erkenbare ervaring in verpleging na registrasie as Professionele Verpleegkundige by die SANC in Algemene Verpleging.
• Graad 3: 'n Minimum van 20 jaar toepaslike/erkenbare ervaring in verpleging na registrasie as Professionele Verpleegkundige by die SANC in Algemene Verpleging.
• Inheemse vereiste van die pos: Bereidwilligheid om oortyd te werk wanneer nodig.
• Geldige bestuurslisensie en bereidwilligheid om 'n mobiele kliniekvoertuig te bestuur.
• Bevoegdhede (kennis/vaardighede): Beplannings- en organisasievaardighede.
• Selfdissipline en motivering.
• Die vermoë om onafhanklik onder druk te funksioneer.
• Goeie kommunikasievaardighede.

Pligte

• Verskaf rigting en toesig vir die implementering van gehalte omvattende verpleegsorg binne die Primêre Gesondheidsorg-konteks.
• Handhaaf etiese praktyk binne regs- en regulasieraamwerke.
• Handhaaf 'n konstruktiewe werksverhouding met alle relevante belanghebbendes van die Primêre Gesondheidsorgspan.
• Benut menslike, materiaal- en fisiese hulpbronne doeltreffend en effektief.
• Neem deel aan opleidingsprogramme en navorsingsaktiwiteite.
• Handhaaf werksplekdisipline van ondergeskiktes.
