Vereistes

• Senior certificate (Grade 12) of ekwivalent.
• Baccalaureusgraad of Nasionale Diploma in B.Com Accounting, Nasionale Diploma in Cost Management Accounting of Bachelor of Business Administration soos erken deur die South African Qualification Authority Plus 3 jaar bestuurservaring in Finansiële Bestuur.
• Ongeëndeide geldige bestuurderslisensie.
• Kennis, Vaardighede, Gedragskenmerke En Bevoegdhede Vereis: South African Constitution, Public Service Act, Public Service Regulations 2016, Public Finance Management Act, Treasury Regulations and Practice Notes Preferential Procurement Policy Framework Act, Batho Pele.
• Finansiële bestuur, Konflikbestuur, Projekbestuur, Organisatoriese, Beïnvloeding, Analitiese, Motiverings-, Aanbiedingsrekenaarvaardigheid bv.
• MS Office suite, Fasilitering, Interpersoonlike verhoudings, Tydbestuur, Beplanning, Onderhandeling Kommunikasie – skriftelik en mondeling, Verslagskrywing, Probleemoplossing, Veranderingsbestuur, Besluitneming, Selfdissipline en vermoë om onder druk met minimale toesig te werk, Onafhanklik, Vertrouenswaardigheid, Eerlikheid, Verantwoording, Toewyding aan uitnemendheid, Deurlopende leer, Ontvanklik vir verandering, Kulturele bewustheid, Innovatief, Vertroulikheid, Pro-aktief, Betroubaarheid, Integriteit, Deursigtigheid, Professionalisme, Werk onder druk.

Pligte

• Maak seker dat die begroting in lyn is met die departementele strategiese planne, besigheidsplanne van hospitale en klinieke, monitor en interpreteer kontantvloei en doen verslag oor finansiële projeksies aan Hospitaalbestuur en ander relevante bestuursamptenare binne die departement.
• Verseker behoorlike verantwoordelikheid vir die bestuur, beveiliging en instandhouding van bates en laste van die Hospitaal en Klinieke.
• Neem doeltreffende en toepaslike stappe om maksimum invordering van inkomste wat aan Hospitaal en Klinieke verskuldig is, te verseker.
• Implementeer en bestuur doeltreffende, kostedoeltreffende en geïntegreerde Voorsieningskettingbestuur deur die Hospitaal en Klinieke.
• Monitor en bestuur die gebruik van die begroting wat aan Hospitale en Klinieke toegeken is en verseker dat finansiële regulasies/prosedures en behoorlike interne beheer in plek is en te alle tye nagekom word.
• Verseker toepaslike bestuur en benutting van hulpbronne wat aan die komponent toegeken is.
