Farmaseutiese Beleidspesialis benodig in Pretoria om farmaseutiese produkspesifikasies en itemSamestelling vir die Department of Health te bestuur.

Vereistes

  • Graad 1: 'n B-Pharm-graad, huidige registrasie as 'n Apoteker plus 'n minimum van vyf (5) jaar se toepaslike ervaring na registrasie as 'n Apoteker by die SAPC.
  • Graad 2: B-Pharm-graad, huidige registrasie as 'n apoteker plus dertien (13) jaar se toepaslike ervaring na registrasie as 'n Apoteker by die SAPC.
  • Salarisgraad sal in ooreenstemming met bogenoemde vereistes bepaal word volgens die OSD.
  • Kwalifikasies en jare van ervaring word hierbo aangedui.
  • Kennis van bewysgebaseerde geneeskunde, kliniese farmakologie, rasionele geneesmiddelgebruik, basiese gesondheidsfinansiering en farmako-ekonomie.
  • Kennis en begrip van die National Drug Policy, National Health Policy, Medicine and Related Substances Control Act 101, Pharmacy Act 53, NHI Act 20, soos gewysig, en Public Finance Management Act.
  • Goede kommunikasie (mondelings en skriftelik), interpersoonlike, beplannings, organisatoriese, analitiese, kritiese denk, kliniese navorsings, aanbiedings, probleemoplossingsvermoëns, strategie- en beleidsontwikkeling, toesighoudende en rekenaarvaardighede (MS Office-paket).
  • Vermoë om onafhanklik te werk en selfgemotiveerd te wees. 'n Geldige bestuurderslisensie.

  • Hersien itemspesifikasielys gebaseer op vorige toepaslike kontrak en verseker dat alle voorgestelde veranderinge wat voorheen deur die BEC aanbeveel is, oorweeg word.
  • Toesig oor alle aangeleenthede rakende die samestelling van die items se spesifikasies, wat verseker dat elke spesifikasie duidelik, onpartydig, ondubbelsinnig en nie handelsmerkspesifiek is nie.
  • Bestuur van aanbiedingsadvertensies en -sluiting.
  • Toesig oor die aanbiedingsadvertensie om te verseker dat: itemspesifikasielys gefinaliseer is, SRCC onderteken is, alle relevante dokumente via Government Printing Works (GPW) gepubliseer word.
  • Berei die aanbiedingspak vir die inligtingsessies voor.
  • Bestuur van aanbiedingsevaluering.
  • Voer tegniese evaluering van aanbiedinge uit, wat sal insluit maar nie beperk is tot: ontleding van voorsieningssekuriteit insluitend API-bron, vervaardigingspersele en produksiekapasiteit, validasie van produkte se voldoening aan wetgewende vereistes en spesifikasies.
  • Berei die tegniese evalueringsverslag voor vir voorlegging by die Bid Evaluation Committee (BEC)-vergadering.
  • Bestuur van die aanspraakbeoordeling van die aanbiedinge.
  • Kwaliteitsversekering van die Departmental Bid Adjudication Committee (DBAC)-voorleggings.
  • Verseker DBAC-voorleggings word binne projekplan-tydlyne gedoen.
  • Bestuur van tenderbekendmaking en gekontrakteerde items.
  • Kwaliteitsverseker die DG-voorleggings vir bekendmakings, die opgestelde aanvaardings- en afwysingsbrief asook die kontrakkennisgewing. Risikobestuur.
  • Ontwikkel, handhaaf en hersien geïdentifiseerde SOP's op 'n jaarlikse basis.
  • Reageer op ouditnavrae wat betrekking het op die administratiewe aspekte van die tenderproses en verseker toepaslike opstel op versoek.

All shortlisted candidates for SMS posts will be subjected to a technical exercise and interview. Following the technical exercise and interview, a maximum of three (3) SMS candidates will undergo psychometric assessments to assess cognitive capabilities, behavioural preferences, emotional intelligence, and integrity. All shortlisted candidates, including the SMS, shall undertake two pre-entry assessments. One will be a practical exercise to determine a candidate’s suitability based on the post’s technical and generic requirements, and the other must be an integrity (ethical conduct) assessment. Following the interview and technical exercise for SMS posts, the selection panel will recommend candidates to attend a generic managerial competency assessment (in compliance with the DPSA Directive on the implementation of competency-based assessments). The competency assessment will be testing generic managerial competencies using the mandated DPSA SMS competency assessment batteries. Applications should be submitted on the new Z83 form obtainable from any Public Service department and should be accompanied by a CV only (previous experience must be comprehensively detailed). The Z83 must be fully completed (in line with DPSA Practice note), failure to comply will automatically disqualify the applicant. Applicants are not required to submit copies of qualification and other relevant documents on application. Certified copies of qualifications and other relevant documents will be requested prior to the final selection phase. Applications should be on one PDF format (If emailed).
