Direkteur van Verpleegkundige Belanghebbendebestuur en Nakoming by die Department of Health in Pretoria, wat 'n NQF 7 Verpleegkwalifikasie en SANC-registrasie met vyf jaar bestuurservaring vereis.

Vereistes

• Graad 12-sertifikaat en 'n geskikte NQF 7 in Verpleging soos deur SAQA erken. 'n Nagraadse kwalifikasie in Gesondheidswetenskapbestuur en Verpleegonderwys sal 'n voordeel wees. 'n Honneurs-/Meestergraad-kwalifikasie in verpleging sal 'n bykomende voordeel wees.
• Registrasie by die Suid-Afrikaanse Verpleegraad.
• Ten minste vyf (5) jaar se ervaring op 'n middel-/seniorbestuursvlak in 'n verpleegomgewing.
• Diep kontekstuele begrip, kennis en begrip van die gesondheidsorgstelsel en begrip van die verpleegprofessie nasionaal, streeks en internasionaal.
• Kennis van belanghebbendebestuur, diepgaande kennis en begrip van navorsingsverwante kwessies in verpleging en vroedvroukunde, d.w.s. sleutelnavorsingsprioriteite.
• Kennis van sleutelinstellings en belanghebbendes asook die Verpleegwet.
• Goede kommunikasie (mondelings en skriftelik), strategiese vermoë en leierskap, program- en projekbestuur, finansiële, veranderings- en kennisbestuur, bestuurs- en analitiese, probleemoplossing en analise, mensebestuur en bemagtiging, en rekenaarvaardighede (MS Office-pakket). 'n Geldige bestuurslisensie. 'n SMS-toegangsertifikaat word vir aanstelling-finalisering vereis.

Pligte

• Ontwikkel en implementeer planne en prioriteite vir skakeling met, asook koördinering en bestuur van intra- en interprofessionele belanghebbendes, insluitend die gesondheidssektor se werkkrag-professionele liggame; regulatore en georganiseerde arbeid.
• Herleef forums vir intersektorale samewerking, skakeling en netwerkgemeenskappe om kwessies van gemeenskaplike belang rakende diens wat deur verpleegkundiges gelewer word, te bespreek.
• Identifiseer en verseker die verskaffing van oplossings vir verpleeg- en vroedvroukunde-kwessies gebaseer op die bevindings van die navorsing.
• Ondersteun tuisdirektorate in die vertaling van navorsingsbevindings in verpleegonderwys en -praktyk om pasiëntuitkomste en dienslewering te verbeter.
• Bevorder verpleging as die loopbaan van keuse.
• Ontwikkel 'n bemarkings- en kommunikasiestrategie vir die verpleegprofessie.
• Verskaf algehele bestuur van die direktoraat: verpleegkundige belanghebbende-bestuur en nakoming.
• Mobiliseer hulpbronne/ondersteuning van ontwikkelingsvennote vir die strategiese programme van die Direktoraat.

All shortlisted candidates for SMS posts will be subjected to a technical exercise and interview. Following the technical exercise and interview, a maximum of three (3) SMS candidates will undergo psychometric assessments to assess cognitive capabilities, behavioural preferences, emotional intelligence, and integrity. All shortlisted candidates, including the SMS, shall undertake two pre-entry assessments. One will be a practical exercise to determine a candidate’s suitability based on the post’s technical and generic requirements, and the other must be an integrity (ethical conduct) assessment. Following the interview and technical exercise for SMS posts, the selection panel will recommend candidates to attend a generic managerial competency assessment (in compliance with the DPSA Directive on the implementation of competency-based assessments). The competency assessment will be testing generic managerial competencies using the mandated DPSA SMS competency assessment batteries. Applications should be submitted on the new Z83 form obtainable from any Public Service department and should be accompanied by a CV only (previous experience must be comprehensively detailed). The Z83 must be fully completed (in line with DPSA Practice note), failure to comply will automatically disqualify the applicant.
