Bestuur administratiewe bedrywighede in die Kantoor van die Regterpresident by die Pretoria Hooggeregshof, insluitend die koördinering van vergaderings, betrekkinge en navrae.
Vereistes
- Aansoekers moet 'n Nasionale Diploma in Kantoorbestuur/ Besigheidsadministrasie/ 'n relevante kwalifikasie op NQF-vlak 6 soos deur SAQA erken besit. 'n Minimum van drie (03) jaar se relevante ervaring in 'n administratiewe kantoorbestuursomgewing waarvan een (1) jaar op toesigvlak moet wees. 'n Bestuurslisensie/LLB-graad sal as 'n bykomende voordeel dien.
- Kennis en Vaardighede: Kennis van relevante wetgewing en regulasies, kennis van saaklyne, kennis van kantoorbestuursverantwoordelikhede, stelsels en prosedures, kennis van toesigfasiliteite, kennis van Elektroniese Inligtingsbronne en aanlynterugwinning.
- Bedrewe in kommunikasie (geskrewe en mondeling), fasilitering, verslagskryfwerk, menslikebestuur en bemagtiging, strategiese en leierskapvaardighede, probleemoplossing, aanbieding, besluitneming, interpersoonlike verhoudinge.
- Saam met die volgende eienskappe: Vermoë om veelvuldige take gelyktydig te hanteer, professionele telefoonmaniere, in staat om onder druk te werk en nougeset.
Pligte
- Bestuur die administrasie in die Kantoor van die Regterpresident, reël en dagboek vergaderings en afsprake wat die Regterpresident behels, koördineer alle betrekkinge tussen Regters en Afdelingsleërbeamptes met die Regterpresident, verseker opvolg op alle navrae wat aan die kantoor van die Regterpresident gerig word, hanteer algemene korrespondensie in die Kantoor van die Regterpresident, insluitend maar nie beperk tot die opstel en saamstel van alle memo's, briewe, verslae en aanbiedings deur die Regterpresident nie, koördineer en administreer verlofbestuur van die Kantoor van die Regterpresident, hanteer korrespondensie rakende voorbehoude vonnisse asook klagtes wat voortspruit uit voorbehoude vonnisse, hanteer reëlings dat die Regterpresident voorsit by die aflê van ampseedlede van die Provinsiale Uitvoerende Gesag en ander amptsbekleërs, koördineer reëlings vir die rekonstruksie van vertraagde appèlakrome wat afgetrede en oorlede Regters behels, fasiliteer die maandelikse statistieke van voorbehoue vonnisse vir die afdeling, koördineer korrespondensie en statistieke rakende voorbehoude vonnisse en opdatering van die register van voorbehoude vonnisse, versamel en koördineer insette van Regters insluitend alle nodige dokumentasie om begrotingsprosesse in te lig, verskaf ondersteuning aan die Regterpresident by die vasstelling van befondsingsvereistes vir die begrotingsproses, kontroleer en verifieer finansiële verslae ter ondersteuning van die Kantoor van die Regterpresident, bekom en sertificeer die korrektheid van fakture en state rakende uitgawes in die Kantoor van die Regterpresident, koördineer alle logistiek vir vergaderings en ander betrekkinge van die Regterpresident, plaaslik en internasionaal, insluitend die indiening van verslae en aanbiedings asook die implementering van besluite wat uit sulke vergaderings voortspruit, hanteer die Regterpresident se aksie-items wat voortspruit uit die komitees van Hofhoofde wat hy voor sit, verseker nodige sekretariële ondersteuning in vergaderings wat deur die Regterpresident ge sit word, insluitend maar nie beperk tot Afdelingsleierskap-vergaderings, Afdelingsoperasionele vergaderings asook Afdelingsregtersvergaderings en Afdelingsbelanghebbende-vergaderings nie, bestuur reëlings vir reis en voltooi dokumentasie vir goedkeuring.
- Fasiliteer instandhouding van die Regterpresident se voertuig en dien die logboek in.
- Dien S&T-eise, selfoon- en 3G-data-eise in, verskaf 'n rekordbestuursfunksie, insluitend versameling, verspreiding, ontsluiting en invul van rekords.

Prior to appointment for SMS, a candidate would be required to complete the Nyukela Programme: Pre-entry Certificate to Senior Management Services as endorsed by DPSA which is an online course, endorsed by the National School of Government (NSG).
