Adjunkdirekteur benodig in Pretoria om werknemergesondheids- en welsynsprogramme te koördineer, met 'n relevante graad, professionele registrasie en vyf jaar se ervaring as vereistes.

Vereistes

  • 'n Baccalaureusgraad in Sielkunde / Sosiale Wetenskappe (NQF7) of 'n relevante kwalifikasie soos deur SAQA erken.
  • Registrasie by die Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA) as Berader of Sielkundige of by die South African Council for Social Service Professions (SACSSP) as Maatskaplike Werker. 'n Minimum van vyf (5) jaar se ervaring in werknemergesondheid en welsyn, waarvan drie (3) jaar op 'n intree/junior bestuursvlak (Assistentdirekteurvlak of gelykwaardig) moet wees.
  • Kennis en begrip van projbestuur.
  • Kennis van EAPA SA-standaarde, DPSA EHW-raamwerk en beleide, gesondheids- en gedragsrisiko's in die werkplek, HIV/AIDS Nasionale Strategiese Plan, HR-praktyke en prosedures.
  • Kennis van die Public Finance Management Act en Treasury Regulations.
  • Kennis van Openbare Diens- en departementele prosedures en voorskrifte.
  • Sketer beplannings- en organisasievaardighede, goeie kommunikasievaardighede, interpersoonlike vaardighede, leierskap- en bestuursvaardighede, koördineringsvaardighede, gevorderde beradingsvaardighede en gevorderde EAP-vaardighede. Rekenaargeletterd.
  • Vermoë om inligting in te samel en te ontleed.
  • Vermoë om beleide te ontwikkel en toe te pas.
  • Vermoë om met moeilike mense te werk en konflikte op te los.

  • Koördineer die implementering van welsynsbestuursprogramme.
  • Implementeer die strategiese raamwerk vir Gesondheid en Welsyn.
  • Koördineer die implementering van assesserings-, beradings- en verwysingsdienste aan alle kwesbare werknemers.
  • Ontleed individuele en groepbehoeftes om psigososiale risiko's te identifiseer en ingrypings en aksieplanne aan te beveel.
  • Koördineer die implementering van bestuursopleiding en ander verwante lewensvaardigheidsopleiding vir werknemers.
  • Koördineer die jaarlikse hersiening van welsynsbestuursbeleide.
  • Koördineer die implementering van HIV- en TB-bestuursprogramme.
  • Koördineer die implementering van Gesondheids- en Produktiwiteitsbestuursprogramme.
  • Koördineer die implementering van gesondheidsondersoeke van werknemers.
  • Koördineer die implementering van verskeie gesondheidsbewustheids- en opvoedingsaktiwiteite volgens die welsynskedule en gesondheidskalender.
  • Koördineer die opstel van Werknemergesondheids- en Welsynsverslae, bestuur die aanstelling, bestuur en alle prosesse rakende externe EHW-diensverskaffers.

Entry level requirements for SMS posts: In terms of the Directive on Compulsory Capacity Development, Mandatory Training Days & Minimum Entry Requirements for SMS that was introduced on 1 April 2015, a requirement for all applicants for SMS posts from 1 April 2020 is a successful completion of the Senior Management Pre-Entry Programme as endorsed by the National School of Government (NSG) prior to appointment. Furthermore, Shortlisted candidates must provide proof of successful completion of the course. All shortlisted candidates, including the SMS, shall undertake two pre-entry assessments. One will be a practical exercise to determine a candidate’s suitability based on the post’s technical and generic requirements and the other must be an integrity (ethical conduct) assessment. Following the interview and technical passement for all SMS posts, the Selection Panel will recommend candidates to attend a generic managerial competency assessment in compliance with the DPSA Directive on the implementation of competency-based assessments. Persons appointed will be subjected to a security clearance, the signing of performance agreement and employment contract. The Department reserves the right not to make an appointment.
