  • Koördineer die versameling en ontleding van streeks-wetstoepassingsstatistieke, doen navorsing, formuleer beleid en ontwikkel nuwe strategieë en modelle om dienslewering te verbeter: Verseker dat omgewingsontleding van elke sentrum jaarliks bygewerk en kwartaalliks hersien word.
  • Ontwikkel 'n moniteringsmeganisme om wetstoepassingsbedrywighede en statistieke te koördineer.
  • Ontwikkel provinsiale beleide in terme van bedrywighede, openbare vervoer, wetgewing, toerusting en vervolging.
  • Verskaf strategiese leierskap en mentorskap aan streeks-/distriksrolspelers ten opsigte van strategieë, ontwikkelings en tendense.
  • Bestuur en koördineer menslike hulpbronprosesse in die streek/distrik.
  • Bestuur en koördineer die begrotingsproses en benutting van fasiliteite, voertuie en toerusting van die streek/distrik: Monitor die begroting van die streek om oor/onderbesteding op 'n maandelikse basis te voorkom.
  • Monitor die verkryging en benutting van toerusting en dienste verskaf aan die sentrum.
  • Verseker toepaslike gebruik van alle fasiliteite.
