Profesionele verpleegkundige met kraamverloskunde gesoek by Vryheid Distrikshospitaal, wat salarisse oor drie grade aanbied met byvoordele wat mediese hulp en behuisingsallowansie insluit.

Vereistes

• Diploma / B-graad in verpleegkunde of gelykwaardige kwalifikasie wat registrasie by die SANC as 'n Profesionele Verpleegkundige met Kraamverloskunde toelaat.
• Registrasie by SANC as Profesionele Verpleegkundige met Kraamverloskunde.
• Huidige SANC-kwitansie.
• Graad 1: Geen ervaring.
• Graad 2: 'n Minimum van 10 jaar toepaslike / herkenbare ervaring in verpleegkunde na registrasie as 'n Profesionele Verpleegkundige by SANC in algemene verpleegkunde.
• Graad 3: 'n Minimum van 20 jaar toepaslike / herkenbare ervaring in verpleegkunde na registrasie as Profesionele Verpleegkundige by SANC in algemene verpleegkunde.
• Kennis, Vaardighede, Opleiding en Bevoegdhede Vereis: Kennis van verpleegsorgprosesse en -prosedures, verpleegstatute, en ander relevante regsraamwerke.
• Goeie kommunikasievaardighede. Verslagdoeningsvaardighede. Fasiliteringsvaardighede. Koördineringsvaardighede. Skakelingsvaardighede. Netwerkvaardighede. Probleemoplossingsvaardighede. Inligtingsbestuur. Kennisbestuur.
• Beplanning en organisering. Rekenaarvaardigheid.

Pligte

• Verskaf rigting en toesig vir die implementering van die verpleegplan (kliniese praktyk/kwaliteitspasientsorg.
• Implementeer standaarde, praktyke, kriteria en aanwysers vir kwaliteitsverpleging (kwaliteit van praktyk).
• Beoefen verpleging en gesondheidsorg in ooreenstemming met die wette en regulasies relevant tot verpleging en gesondheidsorg.
• Onderhou 'n konstruktiewe werksverhouding met verpleging en ander belanghebbendes.
• Benut menslike, materiële en fisiese hulpbronne doeltreffend en effektief.
• Verskaf omvattende, prenatale, intrapartum en postnatale sorg insluitend bevallings en bestuur van verloskundige noodgevalle.
• Voer fisieke assesserings uit, diagnoseer en behandel algemene gesondheidsprobleme in ooreenstemming met die omvang van praktyk en PHC-riglyne.
• Bestuur Moeder-, Kind- en Vrouegesondheidsprogramme, EPI, Gesinsbeplanning.
• Verskaf HIV-, TB-, STI- en NCD-bestuur en verseker voldoening aan 95/95/95-teikens.
• Triage pasiënte, verwys toepaslik, en volg standaardtreders en onnaspeurbare kliënte op.
• Onderhou pasiënthigiëne, voeding, mobiliteit en uitskeidingsbehoeftes.
• Meet, interpreteer en rekord vitale tekens akkuraat.
• Verseker dat infeksievoorkoming en -beheermaatreëls geïmplementeer word.
• Bevorder pasiëntgesentreerde sorg om klagtes, PSIs en wagtye te verminder.
• Neem deel aan uitreikdienste en gemeenskapsgesondheidsopvoeding.
• Ondersteun NHI- en PHC-heringenieurswingsinisiatiewe in die landelike gemeenskap.
• Werk saam met CHWs en ander belanghebbendes om toegang in landelike gebiede te verbeter.
• Onderhou akkurate pasiëntrekords, registers en data vaslegging.
• Verseker koste-effektiewe gebruik van toerusting, voorraad en hulpbronne.
• Rapporteer verliese/skade.
• Onderrig en mentor Geregistreerde Verpleegkundiges, Stafverpleegkundiges en CHWs.
• Implementeer en monitor prioriteitsprogramme volgens Ideal Clinic-standaarde.
• Verminder risiko van litigasie deur korrekte kliniese protokolle toe te pas.
• Dra by tot die bereiking van Ideal Clinic Realization Status.
