Profesionele verpleegkundige met kraamversorging gesoek vir Vryheid Distrikshospitaal om verpleegsorg toesig te hou en gehuldstandaarde oor drie ervaringsgrade te implementeer.

Vereistes

• Diploma / B-graad in verpleegkunde of gelykwaardige kwalifikasie wat registrasie by die SANC as 'n Profesionele Verpleegkundige met Kraamversorging toelaat.
• Registrasie by SANC as Profesionele Verpleegkundige met Kraamversorging.
• Huidige SANC-kwitansie.
• Graad 1: Geen ervaring nie.
• Graad 2: 'n Minimum van 10 jaar toepaslike /herkenbare ervaring in verpleging na registrasie as 'n Profesionele Verpleegkundige by SANC in algemene verpleging.
• Graad 3: 'n Minimum van 20 jaar toepaslike /herkenbare ervaring in verpleging na registrasie as Profesionele Verpleegkundige by SANC in algemene verpleging.
• Kennis, Vaardighede, Opleiding en Bevoegdhede Vereis: Kennis van verpleegsorgprosesse en -prosedures, verpleegstatutes, en ander relevante regsraamwerke.
• Goeie kommunikasievaardighede. Verslagdoeningsvaardighede. Fasiliteringsvaardighede. Koördineringsvaardighede. Skakelvaardighede. Netwerkvaardighede. Probleemoplossingsvaardighede. Inligtingsbestuur. Kennisbestuur.
• Beplanning en organisering. Rekenaarvaardigheid.

Pligte

• Verskaf rigting en toesig vir die implementering van die verpleegsorgplan (kliniese praktyk/kwaliteit pasiëntsorg.
• Implementeer standaarde, praktyke, kriteria en aanwysers vir gehalteverpleging (kwaliteit van praktyk).
• Beoefen verpleging en gesondheidsorg in ooreenstemming met die wette en regulasies relevant tot verpleging en gesondheidsorg.
• Onderhou 'n konstruktiewe werksverhouding met verpleging en ander belanghebbendes.
• Benut menslike, materiaal- en fisiese hulpbronne doeltreffend en effektief.
• Verskaf omvattende antenatale, intrapartum en postnatale sorg insluitend bevallings en bestuur van verloskundige noodgevalle.
• Voer fisieke assesserings uit, diagnoseer en behandel algemene gesondheidsprobleme in ooreenstemming met die omvang van praktyk en PHC-riglyne.
• Bestuur Maternale, Kind- en Vrouegesondheidsprogramme, EPI, Gesinsbeplanning.
• Verskaf MIV-, TB-, VSO- en NCD-bestuur en verseker nakoming van 95/95/95-teikens.
• Sorteer pasiënte, verwys toepaslik, en volg teruglopers en onopspoorbare kliënte na.
• Onderhou pasiënthigiëne, voeding, mobiliteit en eliminasiebehoeftes.
• Meet, interpreteer en rekord vitale tekens akkuraat.
• Verseker dat infeksievoorkoming en -beheermaatreëls geïmplementeer word.
• Bevorder pasiëntgesentreerde sorg om klagtes, PSI's en wagtye te verminder.
• Neem deel aan uitreikdienste en gemeenskapsgesondheidsopvoeding.
• Ondersteun NHI- en PHC-herontwerpsinisiatiewe in die landelike gemeenskap.
• Werk saam met CHW's en ander belanghebbendes om toegang in landelike gebiede te verbeter.
• Onderhou akkurate pasiëntrekords, registers en data-invanging.
• Verseker koste-effektiewe gebruik van toerusting, voorraad en hulpbronne.
• Rapporteer verliese/skade.
• Superviseer en mentorer Ingeskrewe Verpleegkundiges, Stafverpleegkundiges en CHW's.
• Implementeer en monitor prioriteitsprogramme volgens Ideale Kliek standaarde.
• Verminder risiko van litigasie deur korrekte kliniese protokolle toe te pas.
• Dra by tot die bereiking van Ideale Kliek Realisasiestatus.
• Neem deel aan oproepstelsel om 24/7 dienslewering te verseker.
