Operasionele Bestuurder Verpleging-pos by Vryheid Distrikshospitaal wat 'n graad of diploma in verpleging met nege jaar ervaring na SANC-registrasie vereis.

Vereistes

• Graad / Diploma in Algemene Verpleging en Vroedvrouenskap.
• Een jaar postbasiese kwalifikasie in Primêre Gesondheidsorg.
• Registrasie met SANC as Professionele Verpleegkundige en Vroedvrou. 'n Minimum van (9) nege jaar erkende ervaring in verpleging na registrasie as Professionele Verpleegkundige met SANC in Algemene Verpleging en Vroedvrouenskap, waarvan vyf (5) jaar erkende ervaring moet wees na verkryging van een (1) jaar postbasiese kwalifikasie in Primêre Gesondheidsorg.
• Huidige SANC-kwitansie. 'n Geldige bestuurderslisensie.
• Aanbevelings: MIV en VIGS-opleiding. Gemeenskapsgesondheidsverpleging.
• Kennis, Vaardighede, Opleiding & Bevoegdhede Vereis: Kennis en insig in verpleegproses en prosedures.
• Kennis van verpleegstatute en ander tersaaklike Openbare Diensste-wette/wetgewing.
• Besluitneming- en probleemoplossingsvaardighede.
• Interpersoonlike vaardighede in die hantering van konflikbestuur.
• Kennis en implementering van Batho Pele-beginsels.
• Toesighoudende en analitiese denkvaardighede.
• Stresverdraagsaamheid, buigsaamheid, empatie en vermoë om konstruktief te kommunikeer. Rampbestuursvaardighede.
• Spanbou- en toesighoudende vaardighede.

Pligte

• Verskaf doeltreffende bestuur en professionele leierskap wat verseker dat die fasiliteit georganiseer is en bedek is met professionele personeel.
• Koördineer die verskaffing van gehalte pasiëntversorging.
• Verskaf doeltreffende toesig oor personeel in die fasiliteit.
• Verseker implementering van verpleegstandaarde, beleide en prosedures.
• Bestuur en rig doeltreffende benutting van hulpbronne om dienslewering te verbeter.
• Oefen beheer uit oor dissipline, griewe en enige ander Arbeid-verwante kwessies volgens vasgestelde prosedures.
• Handhaaf kliëntetevredenheid deur monitering en instelling van diensstandaarde.
• Implementeer en monitor Norme en Standaarde, Ideale klinieke prioriteite en verkrygingsprosesse.
• Monitering en implementering van EPMDS.
• Pleitbesorg vir pasiënte in die fasilitering van behoorlike behandelingsorg, en nakoming van die Handves vir Pasiënteregte en Batho Pele-beginsels.
• Verseker om akkurate rekords te hou.
• Stel eenheidstatistieke maandeliks op.
