- Voer alle aspekte van die PMDS uit.
- Voldoen aan finansiële verslagdoeningsvereistes soos uiteengesit en verseker dat die eenheid ouditvrae kan beantwoord.
- Verseker dat daar behoorlike beheer en administrasie van verkryging en aankope is wanneer vereis.
