Operasionele Bestuurder Verpleging (VIEDRIET Kliniek)

Oorsig
Operasionele Bestuurder Verpleging gesoek vir Viedriet Kliniek in KwaZulu-Natal om omvattende PHC-dienste te fasiliteer en kliniekebedryfsplanne te ontwikkel.
Vereistes
- Graad 1: Ervaring: 'n Minimum van 9 jaar toepaslike/erkenbare ervaring in verpleging na registrasie as Professionele Verpleegkundige by SANC in Algemene Verpleging.
- Ten minste 5 jaar van bogenoemde periode moet toepaslike/erkenbare ervaring wees na die verwerwing van die eenjaar postbasiese kwalifikasie in Primêre Gesondheidsorg.
- Graad 12 (Senior Sertifikaat), Standaard 10/ of Nasionale Sertifikaat plus basiese R425-kwalifikasie d.w.s.
- Graad/Diploma in verpleging of gelykwaardige kwalifikasie wat registrasie by SANC as Professionele Verpleegkundige toelaat.
- Postbasiese kwalifikasie met 'n duur van ten minste 1 jaar in Kuratiewe Vaardighede in Primêre Gesondheidsorg geakkrediteer by die SANC.
- Huidige registrasie by SANC (2026) as Professionele Verpleegkundige en Primêre Gesondheidsorg en 'n minimum van 9 jaar toepaslike/erkenbare ervaring na registrasie as Professionele Verpleegkundige in Algemene Verpleging.
- Kennis, Vaardighede, Opleiding en Bevoegdhede vereis vir die pos: Kennis van verpleegsorgprosesse en -prosedures, Verpleegwette, Gesondheidswet, Verpleegstersbelofte, Pasienteregte-handves, Batho Pele-beginsels ens.
- Verpleegstatute en relevante regsraamwerk.
- Kennis en begrip van die wetgewende raamwerk wat die openbare dienste regeer.
- Kennis van HR, Finansies, Vaardigheidsontwikkeling, Arbeidsverhoudinge, Openbare Diens.
- PHC-riglyne en ander voorskrifte.
- Konflik-, veranderings- en mensebestuur.
- Dissiplinêre kode en prosedure, Grieweprosedure, Menselike Hulpbronbeleide, hospitaalgeneriese en spesifieke beleide.
- Leierskap, organisatoriese, besluitneming- en probleemoplossingvermoëns binne die perke van die openbare sektor en institutionele beleidsraamwerk, toesig- en kommunikasievaardighede.
- Goede verslagskryf- en fasiliteringsvaardighede, goedge verbale en kommunikasievaardighede.
- Spanbou en kruiskulturele bewustheid.
- Interpersoonlike vaardighede insluitend openbare betrekkinge, onderhandelinge, konflikhantering en beradingsvaardighede.
- Degelike kennis van die Nasionale Kerstandaarde (OHSC) en Databestuur.
- Degelike kennis van gesondheidsprogramme op PHC-vlak uitgevoer.
- Insig in prosedures en beleide rakende verpleegsorg.
- Finansiële en begrotingskennis rakende die toepaslike hulpbronne onder bestuur.
- Rekenaarvaardighede in basiese programme.
Pligte
- Fasiliteer die voorsiening van 'n omvattende dienspakket op PHC-vlak insluitend voorheidsprogramme en Kwaliteitsverbeteringsprogramme.
- Ontwikkel Kliniekbedryfsplan, monitor die implementering en dien vorderingsverslae in.
- Neem deel aan die implementering van die verpleegplan (Kliniese praktyk/kwaliteitspasiesorg).
- Neem deel aan kliniese oudite in die fasiliteit en verseker implementering van die kwaliteitsverbeteringsplanne ondersteun deur sterk werketiek.
- Implementeer standaarde, praktyke, kriteria en aanwysers vir gehalteverpleging (Kwaliteit van praktyk).
- Beoefen verpleging en gesondheidsorg in ooreenstemming met wette en regulasies relevant tot verpleging en gesondheidsorg.
- Handhaaf 'n konstruktiewe werksverhouding met verpleging en ander belanghebbendes.
- Verskaf direkte en indirekte toesig van alle verpleegpersoneel/huishoudelike personeel en gee leiding.
- Verseker kontinuïteit van pasiesorg op alle vlakke bv. werksboek, oorhandiging en rondes.
- Verseker doeltreffende benutting van menslike hulpbronne, materiaal en fisiese hulpbronne doeltreffend en effektiief.
- Lewer gesondheidsdienste in die gemeenskap deur Gemeenskap-georiënteerde Primêre Gesondheidsorg te implementeer.
- Toesig hou en verseker die voorsiening van doeltreffende pasiesorg deur toereikende verpleegsorg by die kliniek.
- Verseker dat Batho Pele-beginsels, Nasionale Kerstandaarde en ideale kliniek-prioriteite geïmplementeer word.
- Verskaf 'n veilige terapeutiese omgewing wat die beoefening van veilige verpleegsorg soos neergelê deur verpleegwet en Beroepsgesondheids- en Veiligheidswet toelaat.
- Stel maandelikse, kwartaalse statistieke en ander verslae op.
- Verskaf strategiese leierskap in die levering van integrasie DHS gebaseer op relevante beleidsimperatiewe.
- Verminder siekdelas deur die geïntegreerde multibetrekkinge gesondheidsbevordering-welsynsstrategie (IMHPWS) volledig in u subdistrik te implementeer en implementering van gesondheidsprogramme en dienspakket binne die subdistrik.
- Verseker effektiewe, doeltreffende en ekonomiese bestuur van toegewysde hulpbronne- HRM, HRD, Begroting, Vervoer, Toerusting ens. binne die subdistrik.
- Monitor en evalueer die PHC-aktiwiteite.
- Bestuur van Rekords, Dataprestasie-inligting binne die subdistrik.

Applications must be submitted on the prescribed application for employment form (Z83-fully completed) and Curriculum Vitae. Medical Registrars - Training will take place at various sites for each discipline. Registrars may be required to spend time at various training institutions as required by the discipline. The site for the 1st year of training and subsequent rotations will be determined by the Academic Head of Discipline. Applicants are requested to apply separately for the disciplines of their interest. A maximum of three applications will be allowed which should be ranked in order of preference. One application for various Disciplines will not be accepted. Applications from applicants who are already appointed in the Registrar Programme will not be considered. As per HPCSA Regulations, the duration of Registrar training is 4/5 years, depending on the Discipline. All Registrars will be expected to register with the university for the MMED at own expense. All Registrars will be required to sign a contract which includes training and service responsibilities. Registrars will be required to complete Performance Agreements and assessments as stipulated by the Department. Appointments are subject to the signing of a contract which includes a service pay-back period. All shortlisted candidates, including the SMS, shall undertake two pre-entry assessments.
