Operasionele Bestuurder Verpleging pos by Naasfarm Clinic in KwaZulu-Natal wat 'n Professionele Verpleegkundige met ten minste 9 jaar ervare vereis om PHC-dienste en kliniekbedrywighede te bestuur.

Vereistes

  • Graad 1: Ervaring: 'n Minimum van 9 jaar toepaslike/erkende ervaring in verpleging na registrasie as Professionele Verpleegkundige met SANC in Algemene Verpleging.
  • Ten minste 5 jaar van die bogenoemde periode moet toepaslike/erkende ervaring wees na verkryging van die eenjaar post Graad 12 (Senior Certificate), Standaard 10/ of National Certificate plus basiese R425-kwalifikasie d.w.s.
  • Graad/Diploma in verpleging of gelykwaardige kwalifikasie wat registrasie met SANC as Professionele Verpleegkundige toelaat.
  • Post-basiese kwalifikasie met 'n duur van ten minste 1 jaar in Kuratiewe Vaardighede in Primêre Gesondheidsorg geakkrediteer by die SANC.
  • Huidige registrasie met SANC (2026) as Professionele Verpleegkundige en Primêre Gesondheidsorg en 'n minimum van 9 jaar toepaslike/erkende ervaring na registrasie as Professionele Verpleegkundige in Algemene Verpleging.
  • Kennis, Vaardighede, Opleiding en Bevoegdhede Vereis vir die pos: Kennis van verpleegsorgprosesse en prosedures, Verpleegwette, Gesondheidswet, Verpleegstersbelofte, Pasienteregte-handves, Batho Pele-beginsels ens.
  • Verpleegstatute en relevante regsraamwerk.
  • Kennis en begrip van die wetgewende raamwerk wat openbare dienste regeer.
  • Kennis van HR, Finansies, Vaardigheidsontwikkeling, Arbeidsverhoudinge, Openbare Diens.
  • PHC-riglyne en ander voorskrifte.
  • Konflik, verandering en mensebestuur.
  • Dissiplinêre kode en prosedure, Grievance Procedure, Menslike Hulpbronbeleide, hospitaal-generiese en spesifieke beleide.
  • Leierskap, organisatoriese, besluitnemings- en probleemoplossingsvermoëns binne die perke van die openbare sektor en instellingsbeleidsraamwerk, toesighoudende en kommunikasievaardighede.
  • Goed verslagskryf- en fasiliteringsvaardighede, goeie verbale en kommunikasievaardighede.
  • Spanbou en kruiskulturele bewustheid.
  • Interpersoonlike vaardighede insluitend openbare betrekkinge, onderhandeling, konflikhantering en beradingvaardighede.
  • Deeglike kennis van die Nasionale Kerntandarte (OHSC) en Databestuur.
  • Deeglike kennis van gesondheidsprogramme wat op PHC-vlak uitgevoer word.
  • Insig in prosedures en beleide rakende verpleegsorg.
  • Finansiële en begrotingskennis rakende die relevante hulpbronne onder bestuur.
  • Rekenaarvaardighede in basiese programme.

Pligte

  • Fasiliteer die verskaffing van 'n omvattende dienspakket op PHC-vlak insluitend prioriteitsprogramme en Kwaliteitsverbeteringsprogramme.
  • Ontwikkel Kliniek Operasionele Plan, monitor die implementering en dien vorderingsverslae in.
  • Neem deel aan die implementering van die verpleegplan (Kliniese praktyk/kwaliteitspasiesorg).
  • Neem deel aan klinieke oudits in die fasiliteit en verseker implementering van die kwaliteitsverbeteringsplanne ondersteun deur sterk werketiek.
  • Implementeer standaarde, praktyke, kriteria en aanwysers vir gehalteverpleging (Kwaliteit van praktyk).
  • Beoefen verpleging en gesondheidsorg in ooreenstemming met wette en regulasies relevant tot verpleging en gesondheidsorg.
  • Handhaaf 'n konstruktiewe werksverhouding met verpleging en ander belanghebbendes.
  • Verskaf direkte en indirekte toesig van alle verpleegpersoneel/huishoudelike personeel en gee leiding.
  • Verseker kontinuïteit van pasiesorg op alle vlakke bv. werkboek, oorhandiging en rondes.
  • Verseker effektiewe benutting van menslike hulpbronne, materiële en fisiese hulpbronne doeltreffend en effektief.
  • Lewer gesondheidsdienste in die gemeenskap deur die implementering van Gemeenskapsgeoriënteerde Primêre Gesondheidsorg.
  • Hou toesig en verseker die verskaffing van doeltreffende pasiesorg deur voldoende verpleegsorg by die kliniek.
  • Verseker dat Batho Pele-beginsels, Nasionale Kerntandarte en ideale kliniekprioriteite geïmplementeer word.
  • Verskaf 'n veilige terapeutiese omgewing wat die beoefening van veilige verpleegsorg soos uiteengesit deur die verpleegwet en die Wet op Beroepsgesondheid en Veiligheid toelaat.
  • Stel maandelikse, kwartaalstatistieke en ander verslae op.
  • Verskaf strategiese leierskap in die lewering van integrasie DHS gebaseer op relevante beleidsimperatiewe.
  • Verminder die siektelas deur die implementering van die geïntegreerde multi-belanghebbende Gesondheidsbevordering-welstandsstrategie (IMHPWS) ten volle in u subdistrik en implementering van gesondheidsprogramme en dienspakket binne die subdistrik.
  • Verseker effektiewe, doeltreffende en ekonomiese bestuur van toegekende hulpbronne- HRM, HRD, Begroting, Vervoer, Toerusting ens. binne die subdistrik.
  • Monitor en evalueer die PHC-bedrywighede.
  • Bestuur van Rekords, Dataprestasie-inligting binne die subdistrik.

Medical Registrars - Training will take place at various sites for each discipline. Registrars may be required to spend time at various training institutions as required by the discipline. The site for the 1st year of training and subsequent rotations will be determined by the Academic Head of Discipline. As per HPCSA Regulations, the duration of Registrar training is 4/5 years, depending on the Discipline. All Registrars will be expected to register with the university for the MMED at own expense. All Registrars will be required to sign a contract which includes training and service responsibilities. Registrars will be required to complete Performance Agreements and assessments as stipulated by the Department.
