Vereistes

Pligte

  • Verskaf administratiewe en tegniese ondersteuning aan alle strategiese beplanningsprosesse: Verskaf logistiese reëlings aan alle beplanningsessies, insluitend die beskikkingstel van die perseel, etes, elektroniese toerusting, ens.
  • Stel memos en riglyne op ter voorbereiding vir alle beplanningsprosesse, verskaf ondersteuning aan die ontwikkeling van die OCJ Environmental Scan Report, verskaf ondersteuning aan die proses van die koördinering van die ontwikkeling van die OCJ Strategic, Annual Performance, and Operational Plans, verseker gehalte van die indiening van OCJ Strategic, Annual Performance and Operational Plans.
  • Verskaf administratiewe en tegniese ondersteuning aan Dienslewering Verbeteringsprosesse: Hersien kwartaal-, jaarlikse SDC- en SDIP-rapporteringsjablone, ontwikkel en redigeer konsep diensleweringverbeteringsverslae (SDC, SDIP, Batho Pele en Frontline Service Delivery Monitoring verslae), verseker gehalte van die indiening van die diensleweringverbeteringsverslae, hou treding met die Dienslewering Verbeteringsprosesse.
  • Stel maandelikse en kwartaalgebonde prestasieverslae van die Strategy and Service Delivery Planning op: Ontwikkel, redigeer en stel konsep maandelikse en kwartaalverslae vir insette op in lyn met die Operational Plan, verseker gehalte van die verkryging van alle vereiste portefeulje van getuienis dokumente, laai tersaaklike portefeulje van getuienis op na die rapporteringstelsel, verseker die indiening van die portefeulje van getuienis aan tersaaklike eenhede.
  • Verskaf klerklike administratiewe ondersteuning aan die Strategy and Service Delivery Planning-eenheid: Skakel met interne en eksterne belanghebbende betrokkenheid, dateer die rekordbestuurstelsel op, hou treding met die SharePoint vir lêer- en argiveringsdoeleindes, verskaf ad hoc administratiewe pligte wanneer nodig binne die SSDP-eenheid, verseker indiening en verspreiding van eenheiddokumente aan besigheidseenhede, verseker suksesvolle logistiese reëlings vir reis, vergaderings en werkswinkels.
