Vereistes

• Aansoekers moet oor 'n NQF-vlak 6 Diploma/ Degree in Human Resources Management/ Public Administration/ Public Management of 'n verwante veld soos deur SAQA erken beskik.
• Ten minste 3-5 jaar se relevante ervaring op junior bestuursvlak in 'n Menslike Hulpbronne-bestuursomgewing. 'n PERSAL-administrasiesertifikaat sal 'n voordeel wees.
• Bevoegdhede: Kennis en begrip van tersaaklike openbare dienswetgewing Kennis en begrip van HR-voorskrifte en riglyne Kennis en begrip van PFMA Beleidsontleding en -ontwikkeling Besluitneming, probleemoplossing en analitiese vaardighede Mensebestuur en bemagtiging Goeie interpersoonlike verhoudings Beplanning en organisering Kliëntgerigtheid en kundige fokus Verantwoordelikheidsin Kommunikasievermoë (skriftelik, mondeling en rekenaarvaardigheid) Vermoë om onder druk te werk Vermoë om as 'n span en onafhanklik te werk Diplomasie.

Pligte

• Ontwikkeling, hersiening en implementering van die Werwings- en Seleksiebeleid, Standaardbedryfsprosedures en Interne Kontroles.
• Implementering van Werwings- en Seleksiebedrywighede Belanghebbende-bestuur, insluitend diensverskaffers Verseker nakoming van werwingstelsels, verslagdoening en nakomingsake.
• Aankoopbestuur Bestuur van die Sub-direktoraat en verskaffing van rigting en tegniese ondersteuning afrigting en ontwikkeling van personeel
