Bestuur daaglikse mediabewakingsdienste vir die Department of Land Reform and Rural Development, spoor dekking oor gronderhervorming na en versprei knipsels nasionaal.

Vereistes

  • Minimum vereistes: Aansoekers moet 'n Graad 12-sertifikaat en 'n Nasionale Diploma in Kommunikasie / Joernalistiek / Media / Bemarking / Openbare Betrekkinge (NQF Level 6) of 'n verwante gelykwaardige kwalifikasie hê.

Pligte

  • Bestuur die daaglikse mediabewakingsdiens.
  • Voer mediabewaking uit om media-dekking oor gronderhervorming, grondbestuur en landelike ontwikkeling by te hou.
  • Stel nuusmediaknipsels saam.
  • Versprei mediaknipsels nasionaal aan kliënte, insluitend Provincial Shared Service Centers (PSSCs), per e-pos en ander platforms.
  • Verskaf 'n vinnige mediareaksiensdiens in samewerking met Government Communication and Information System (GCIS) oor ter sake of omstrede mediadekking.
  • Hou alle sosiale media-platforms dop, publiseer gereeld, reageer op plasings en tree met gehore in aanraking om verhoudings en merklojaliteit op te bou.
  • Analiseer departementele mediadekking.
  • Produseer 'n weeklikse mediadekkingsverslag met opsommings van die week se hoofstories.
  • Spoor sosiale media-analitiek na en rapporteer daaroor, hou sleutelprestasie-aanwysers dop vir samestelling van periodieke verslae.
  • Adviseer bestuur oor proaktiewe maatreëls om negatiewe publisiteit in die tradisionele en sosiale mediaruimtes teen te werk.
  • Verskaf en ontwikkel gereelde inhoud vir gebruik op interne en eksterne media- en bemarkingsplatforms, insluitend oudiovisuele, druk- en digitale kommunikasieplatforms, insluitend Facebook, X App, TikTok en Instagram.
  • Bestuur en koördineer die departementele potgooi en ander aanvullende digitale kommunikasieplatforms.
  • Dra artikels / stories tot nuusbriewe by.
  • Verskaf kommunikasieondersteuning tydens geleenthede van die Departement.
  • Profiliseer takke, entiteite en belanghebbendes van die Departement.
  • Onderhou onderhoude met interne en eksterne kliënte van die Departement.
  • Ontwikkel innoverende maniere vir die skryf, publisering en verspreiding van nuwe artikels.
  • Bestuur, hou toesig oor en gee leiding aan ondergeskiktes.
  • Wys take toe aan staadslede.
  • Verskaf leiding aan staadslede oor hoe take uitgevoer moet word.
  • Beoordeel prestasie van ondergeskiktes.
