Pligte

  • Die suksesvolle kandidaat sal verantwoordelik wees vir, onder andere, die volgende spesifieke take: Fasiliteer effektiewe batebestuur in die departement.
  • Fasiliteer en ontwikkel die bate- en verkrygingsplanne en -strategieë.
  • Fasiliteer en handhaaf die integriteit van die bateregister.
  • Bystand verleen met die maandelikse versoenings van BAS, werk die bykomingsregister vir die lopende jaar by en verseker volledigheid en akkuraatheid op die LOGIS, BAS en FA-stelsel.
  • Fasiliteer en implementeer fisiese verifikasie van bates in die departement.
  • Fasiliteer en handhaaf die beweging van bates, werk die beweging, toestand en ligging van roerende bates in die register by.
  • Fasiliteer die ondersoek van gevalle van ongeverifieerde bates, verlore, gesteelde of beskadigde bates en rapporteer dit aan die Loss Control Committee vir terugwinning.
  • Fasiliteer en handhaaf die optekening van afskrywings, beskikings en bateverliese.
  • Handhaaf beskikings van bates insluitend optekening van inkomste en verwante administrasie.
  • Handhaaf en werk die roerende huurregister by.
  • Fasiliteer die huurverbintenis en openbaarmakingsnotas.
  • Fasiliteer en stel norme, standaarde en prosesse vir bates in die departement vas.
  • Bystand verleen om Return on Investment en ander voorgeskrewe en gedelegeerde verslae vir National Treasury en Business Owners te genereer.
  • Fasiliteer en handhaaf effektiewe bedrywighede binne die vastebatebestuursseenheid.
  • Verseker die implementering van effektiewe risiko- en nakomingsbestuur.
  • Implementering van beleide, prosedures, direktiewe, wette en regulasies.
  • Verseker effektiewe en doeltreffende bestuur van menslike, fisiese en finansiële hulpbronne binne die Eenheid.
  • Stoot en begelei personeel oor beste praktyke en nakoming van regulatoriese vereistes.

Following the technical exercise and interview, a maximum of three (3) SMS candidates will undergo psychometric assessments to assess cognitive capabilities, behavioural preferences, emotional intelligence, and integrity, will be subjected to an interview, various relevant tests and assessments, and employment suitability checks (credit, criminal, citizenship, qualifications, and employment references including verification of exit reasons, and conducting business with State). Once appointed, serving of a prescribed probation period, and obtaining of a security clearance appropriate to the post, will be required.
