Die Department of Higher Education and Training soek 'n senior risikobestuurbeampte om risikoraamwerke, strategieë en planne by TVET-colleges te ontwikkel en te implementeer, wat 'n diploma of graad en drie jaar se ondervinding vereis.

Vereistes

'n Graad 12 / Matrik / Vlak 4-sertifikaat. 'n Gesikte Nasionale Diploma/Graad in Interne Oudit / Risikobestuur of gelykwaardige kwalifikasie.
Drie (3) jaar se ondervinding in Risikobestuur of relevante veld.
Rekenaarvaardigheid. 'n Geldige bestuurslisensie.
Kennis van relevante wetgewing, beleide en prosedures rakende Risikobestuur.
Goeie mondelingse en skriftelike kommunikasie.
Interpersoonlike vaardighede en probleemoplossingsvaardighede.
Navorsing en verslagskrywing en aanbiedingsvaardighede.
Kandidaat moet betroubaar, proaktief en betroubaar wees en toegewyd wees aan dienslewering.
Vermoë om onder druk te werk.

Pligte

Ontwikkel, hersien en implementeer in oorleg met bestuur, risikobestuursbeleid, raamwerk, metodologie en strategie.
Implementeer risikobestuursplan d.w.s. risiko-identifisering, risiko-aptyt en -verdraagsaamheid en risiko-klassifikasie.
Fasiliteer en stel strategiese, operasionele en prosesvlak-risikoregister op.
Fasiliteer risiko-verwante opleidings, werkswinkels en bewusmakingsveldtogte aan bestuur en werknemers.
Fasiliteer en monitor toepassing en prosedures wat verband hou met risikobestuursfunksies en -aktiwiteite.
Skakel met Interne Oudit rakende bedrog-aanwysers en implementering van bedrogvoorkomingstrategieë.
Doen opvolg op aangemelde bedrog en korrupsie binne die College.
Verseker Nakoming van risikobestuur-verwante raamwerk en ander toepaslike wetgewing.
Stel alle risikobestuur-verwante verslae op.
Hou by Department of Higher Education & Training (DHET) en College-beleide en -prosedures.
Alle gekorte lysde kandidate, insluitend die SMS, sal twee voor-toetrede-assessering onderneem.
Een sal 'n praktiese oefening wees om 'n kandidaat se geskiktheid op grond van die pos se tegniese en generiese vereistes te bepaal en die ander moet 'n integriteit (etiese gedrag) assessering wees.
