Hoofdirekteur gesoek om geïntegreerde ekonomiese ontwikkelingsdienste te lei, met die bestuur van strategiese projekte, belanghebbendevennootskappe en regulatoriese hervorming by die North West Head Office.
Vereistes
- 'n Toepaslike Baccalaureusgraad (NQF Level 7) of ekwivalent soos deur SAQA erken. 'n Hoër kwalifikasie in Ekonomie / Ekonomiese Ontwikkeling / Ekonomiese Bestuur en Analise / Besigheidsondernemerskap sal as 'n bykomende voordeel dien. 'n Minimum van 5 jaar se ervaring op seniorbestuursvlak of ekwivalent aan SMS-vlak vanuit ander sektore. 'n Geldige bestuurslisensie.
- Bevoegdhede: Finansiële bestuur, Strategiese vermoë en leierskap, Program- en projekbestuur, Veranderingsbestuur, Kennisbestuur, Diensleweringinnoviasie, Probleemoplossing en analise, Mensebestuur en bemagtiging, Kliëntoriëntasie en klantfokus, Kommunikasie, Eerlikheid en integriteit. Pligte
- Bestuur die bydrae van die Departement tot plaaslike ekonomiese groei en ontwikkeling.
- Identifiseer regulasioneel las wat besigheidsontwikkeling nadelig beïnvloed.
- Bestuur strategiese projekte en vennootskap-/diensleweringsooreenkomste met sleutelbelanghebbendes in die sektor en verseker dat hulle suksesvol voltooi word binne die begrotingstermyne en prestasievereistes.
- Bestuur die bemagtiging van ondernemings van die aangewese groepe met die doel om ekonomiese wanbalanse aan te spreek.
- Bestuur die implementering van breë ekonomiese strategieë en ander noodsaaklike inisiatiewe om die provinsiale ekonomie te transformeer.
- Voer lewensvatbaarheid, finansiële bestuur en markprosesse uit om besluitneming oor die tipe projekondersteuning en skakels met ondersteuningsprogramme te bevorder.
- Evalueer die impak van verhoogde koördinasie en vennootskap met betrekking tot befondsing van ondernemings (KMO'e en Koöperasies).
- Fasiliteer die belyning van alle verkrygingsbeleid om Koöperasies en KMO'e op provinsiale en plaaslike vlak te bemagtig.
- Verseker behoorlike implementering van die inkubasie- en vaardigheidsontwikkelingsprogram om klein besighede in die provinsie volhoubaar te hou.
- Bestuur die implementering van die departementele risikobestuurbeleid.
- Werk met munisipaliteite saam deur hul geïntegreerde ontwikkelingsplanne om ondernemingsontwikkelingsprogramme te ontwikkel en te implementeer tot verbeterde Plaaslike Ekonomiese Ontwikkeling.
- Bestuur die verskaffing van tegniese ondersteuning aan die Provinsie en munisipaliteite tydens die implementering van Kleinbesigheidsportefeuljeprogramme binne die distrikte/munisipaliteite (DDM).
- Bestuur en verseker effektiewe en doeltreffende benutting van die finansiële, menslike en fisiese hulpbronne van die Hoofdirektoraat in ooreenstemming met die toepaslike wetgewing.
- Kommunikasie (mondelings, skriftelik en formele aanbiedings, ens.) met belanghebbendes uit uiteenlopende agtergronde en verskaf tersaaklike inligting.
