  • Bestuur van diensvoordele binne die departement: Bestuur die toepassing en implementering van alle diensvoordele (GEPF, GEHS, PILIR, ens.).
  • Bestuur koördinering van werknemerdiensbeëindigings (aftrede, bedankings, ens.).
  • Verseker die akkurate implementering van verlof op PERSAL, verlofoudites van werknemers en betaling van verlofgratifikasies en verskaffing van advies en ondersteuning rakende verlofbestuur.

  • Bestuur van Werwings- en Seleksiedienste binne die departement: Bestuur die werwing, seleksie en aanstelling van werknemers terwyl nalewing van dienswette en -regulasies tydens die werwings- en seleksieproses verseker word (advertensies, onderhoude en aanstellings).
  • Bestuur en monitor die departementele vakansiesyfer.
  • Verseker behoorlike administrasie van aanstellings, bevorderings ens.
  • Verseker akkurate vaslegging van personeelinligting op PERSAL.
  • Bestuur van HR-rekords: Verseker behoorlike menslike hulpbronrekordhouding.
  • Verseker 'n opgedateerde lêerstelsel.
  • Implementeer lêerbeheermaatreëls.
  • Verskaf ondersteuning tydens oudits.
  • Koördineer indiening van HR-rekordverslae.
  • Verskaf operasionele leierskap in bestuur, koördinering, monitering en evaluering van menslike hulpbronne en aktiwiteite binne die HRA&P-eenheid: Bestuur van menslike hulpbronne insluitend dissiplinebestuur.
  • Opleiding en Ontwikkeling, PMDS, EHW-bestuur, Bywoning en verlofbestuur, Hoofstrooming van vroue, jeug en persone met gestremdhede.
  • Algemene bestuur in terme van: Begrotingsmonitering.
  • Invoer, voorbereiding, implementering, monitering en verslagdoening oor Strategiese/Jaarlikse Prestasie-/Operasionele en HR-plan van die eenheid.
  • Bestuur van bestuursstrukture en -stelsels bv. PERSAL.
  • Benutting en sorg van bates binne die eenheid.
  • Bepaal spesifikasies vir verkryging van goedere en dienste.
  • Verskaffing van akkurate menslike hulpbroninligting, d.w.s. vakansiesyfer, omsetsyfer, ens., vir verslagdoeningsdoeleindes, bv.
  • HR-plan, HRPIR, EE-verslag, MANCO-aanbiedings.
  • Bywoon strategiese sessies.
  • Verskaf insette tot die Risikoregister van die subdirektoraat.
  • Bywoon kwartaalforums oor HR-verwante aangeleenthede wat oudit-uitslae beïnvloed.
  • Aanbieding by en bywoning van interne forums bv. personeelinligtingsessies, Beplanningsforum, EMC, Strategiese sessies ens. om bewustheid te skep en te onderrig oor korrekte toepassings- en implementeringsprosedures rakende HR-aangeleenthede om risiko's wat met ouditnavrae en -bevindings gepaard gaan, te minimaliseer
