Kliniese Programkoördineerder vir Beroepsgesondheid en Veiligheid by Leratong Hospital, wat 'n verpleegkunde-diploma, SANC-registrasie en sewe jaar se verpleegervaring vereis.

Vereistes

• Graad 12 of ekwivalent/NQF-vlak. 'n R425-kwalifikasie (d.w.s. diploma/graad in verpleegkunde) of 'n ekwivalente kwalifikasie wat registrasie by SANC as professionele verpleegkundige toelaat.
• Huidige registrasie by SANC. 'n Minimum van 7 jaar toepaslike/erkenbare ervaring in verpleegkunde na registrasie as Professionele Verpleegkundige by die SANC in Algemene Verpleegkunde, waarvan 3 jaar relevante ervaring in die Beroepsgesondheid en Veiligheid-omgewing moet wees. 'n Na-basiese verpleegkunde-kwalifikasie met 'n duur van ten minste 1 jaar geakkrediteer deur SANC in Beroepsgesondheid en Veiligheid.
• Huidige SANC-registrasie.
• Basiese rekenaarvaardigheid en bestuurslisensie is verpligtend.
• Kennis van die Beroepsgesondheid en Veiligheidswet 85 van 1993, COID-wet 130 van 1993 insluitend ander verwante regsraamwerke en PRAAD.
• Kennis en toepassing van beleide wat die Openbare Diens regeer, insluitend Kwaliteitsversekering, PILIR, PRAAD en EHWP Strategiese Raamwerk.
• Kan onafhanklik werk.
• Vaardig om deurlopende opleiding in OHS-beginsels aan alle kategorieë personeel te ontwikkel, met goeie kommunikasie, verslagskrywing en fasiliteringsvaardighede.
• Degelike organisasie-, beplannings- en aanbiedingsvaardighede.
• Berading, besluitneming en goeie kommunikasievaardighede.

Pligte

• Implementering van die Beroepsgesondheid en Veiligheidswet 85 van 1993 en COID-wet 130 van 1993.
• Voer werksplek-gevaaridentifisering en risiko-assessering (HIRA) uit in oorleg met bestuurders en verseker dat daar waar nodig veilige bedryfsprosedures is.
• Verskaf opleiding aan alle kategorieë personeel.
• Voer mediese waarneming uit.
• Onderhou alle toepaslike rekords en dokumente wat vir OHS relevant is.
• Neem deel aan deur die Instelling en Provinsie bepaalde Komitees, Taakspane en Forums vir diensverbetering.
• Fasiliteer en implementeer nasionale en provinsiale wetgewing rakende OHS-protokolle en moniteer dit.
• Ontwikkel en monitor die implementering van opvoedings- en opleidingsprogramme in die veld.
• Aktiewe deelname aan werknemers-welsynsprogram.
• Bystand met afvalbestuur.
• Bestuur van (IOD) beserings tydens diens.
• Aktiewe deelname aan PILIR-komitee en ontwikkeling en instandhouding van OHS-struktuur volgens regvereistes.
• Werk nou saam met IPC- en EAP-koördineerders.
