Registrateur-pos by die Eastern Cape High Court in Mthatha wat 'n LLB-graad en minimum twee jaar nagraadse regservaring vereis om verstekvonnisse en kwasi-regterlike funksies te verwerk.
Vereistes
- Aansoekers moet 'n LLB-graad of 'n vier (4) jaar regskwalifikasie soos deur SAQA erken besit. 'n Minimum van twee (2) jaar nagraadse regservaring.
- MR3: LLB-graad of gelykwaardig plus 'n minimum van 2 jaar nagraadse regservaring.
- MR4: LLB-graad of gelykwaardig plus 'n minimum van 8 jaar nagraadse regservaring.
- MR5: LLB-graad of gelykwaardig plus 'n minimum van 14 jaar nagraadse regservaring.
- Hooggereghof- of litigasie-ervaring en 'n bestuurslisensie sal 'n bykomende voordeel wees.
- Alle gekorte lys kandidate sal 'n voor-toetreed praktiese oefening onderneem as deel van die assesseringsmetode om die kandidaat se geskiktheid op grond van die pos se tegniese en generiese vereistes te bepaal.
- Kennis en Vaardighede: Kennis van registrateur se pligte, Saakvloei-bestuur, wetgewende raamwerk wat die openbare diens regeer, kennis van bergings- en onttrekkingsprosedures in terme van die werksomgewing, Batho Pele-beginsels, uitstekende kommunikasievaardighede (mondeling en skriftelik), rekenaarvaardigheid, numeriese vaardighede, beplannings- en organisasievaardighede, probleemoplossings- en besluitnemingsvaardighede, interpersoonlike vaardighede, konflikbestuursvaardighede, tydbestuursvaardighede, analitiese vaardighede, kliëntediens-georiënteerd, konflikbestuur, sterk werksetiek en professionaliteit, vermoë om onder druk te werk en sperdatums na te kom, resultaatgedrewe, eerlikheid/betroubaarheid en inagneming van vertroulikheid.
Pligte
Verwerk verstekvonnisse om die doeltreffendheid van die Hof in die hantering van kwasi-regterlike funksies te verbeter: Bepaal of pleitstukke/prosesse met die Hofreëls voldoen, oorweeg aansoeke om verstekvonnis (Reël 31[5]) – deur Hofreëls en regulasies, gevallereg, diskresie en kennis toe te pas, vaslegging van die akkurate uitslag van die diskresie wat op die lêeromslag toegepas is, verseker sirkulasie van die uitslag aan die tersydelike litigerende party, vaslegging en opdatering van akkurate Verstek-aansoeke-register en datawerktuig wat daagliks in die kantoor geregistreer word, verifieer data en dien rapporteringswerktuig oor persentasie verstekvonnisse wat deur Registrateurs toegestaan is by die Statistikus in, voer belasting uit om die doeltreffendheid van die Hof in die hantering van kwasi-regterlike funksies te verbeter, Belasting van koste-rekenings - deur argumente van die partye aan te hoor en diskresie en kennis toe te pas op die redelike litigasiekoste, verwerk en finaliseer Teengesette en Onteengesette Belastings ooreenkomstig SVR, hanteer en finaliseer belastinghersienings (Reël 48) deur die opstel van gestelde gevalle, antwoorde, en voorlegging aan die Regbank, vaslegging en opdatering van akkurate Koste-rekenings wat geregistreer is en datawerktuie in die kantoor, dien rapporteringswerktuig oor Belastings aan die Statistikus in, bestuur kriminele/siviele proses om die doeltreffendheid van die Hof te verbeter: Analiseer statistiese data om tendense te assesseer en strategieë te beraam om geïdentifiseerde risikofaktore aan te spreek, los Presidentshiftlyn-navrae en navrae van hoofstuk 9-instellings op, koördineer en rapporteer oor die voorsiening van ondersteuningspersoneel in Hofkamers en Registrateurs-ondersteuningskantore, bestuur die samestelling van prestasie-inligting/data/Statistiek vir die doel van verslagdoening soos per Rapporteringswerktuie, onderhou en werk handmatige registers by vir Oudit van gerapporteerde prestasie-inligting, toesig hou, personeel ontwikkel en algemene toesig oor werknemers verseker.
