Die Kantoor van die Hoofregter soek 'n regsnavorser by die Landd Hof in Randburg om regsnavorsingssteun aan regters te verleen, waarvoor 'n LLB-graad en drie jaar se relevante ervaring vereis word.

Vereistes

  • Aansoekers moet 'n LLB-graad op (NQF level 8) hou soos deur SAQA erken. 'n Minimum van drie (03) jaar in die relevante veld.
  • Ervaring in hoëhowe of litigasie en 'n geldige bestuurslisensie sal as 'n bykomende voordeel dien.
  • Alle kortlys-kandidate sal 'n voor-toetrede praktiese oefening onderneem as deel van die assessingmetode om die kandidaat se geskiktheid te bepaal op grond van die pos se tegniese en generiese vereistes.
  • Kennis en Vaardighede: Basic Conditions of Employment Act en verwante arbeidswette & departementele beleide, kennis van die Labour Relations Act 66 of 1995, Labour and Labour Appeal Court Rules and Practice Manual, Employment Equity Act, Practice Manual of the Court, deeglike begrip van Suid-Afrikaanse reg en regstelsel, interpretasie en toepassing van die reg, uitstekende kommunikasievaardighede (mondelings en skriftelik), rekenvaardigheid, numeriese vaardighede. beplannings- en organisasievaardighede, probleemoplossings- en besluitnemingsvaardighede, interpersoonlike vaardighede, uitstekende navorsings- en analitiese vaardighede, projekbestuursvaardighede, verslagskryf- en redigeervaardighede, eerlikheid en integriteit, weerbaarheid, aandag aan detail, buigsaamheid konflikbestuur, sterk werketiek, profesionaliteit, vermoë om onder druk te werk en sperdatums na te kom, resultaatgedrewe, betroubaar, nakoming van vertroulikheid en tydgebonde.

Verskaf ondersteuning met regsnavorsing oor verskeie regskwessies, statute, reëls, regulasies, en case law analiseer, pas ingewikkelde regsbeginsels toe en verskaf opsommings aan die regters, verskaf navorsingsondersteuning aan regters in die voorbereiding van verhore en sake, voer navorsing uit en haal alle materiaal uit alle bronne in beide hardkop- en elektroniese formate oor regskwessies soos deur 'n Regter versoek, verskaf ontleding deur die bestudering van alle relevante materiaal, bestudeer alle relevante materiaal en verskaf 'n deeglike ontleding daarvan, verskaf ondersteuning aan die regters met regs-, argumente-ontleding wat deur litigante ingedien is, evalueer meriete van elke argument, ondersoeke ondersteunende en teenstaande case law (precedent) en verskaf aanbevelings aan die regters, hersien regskwessies, argumente, en relevante case law in die vorm van regsnotas, berei 'n omvattende memorandum oor die uitslag van die regsnavorsing voor, verskaf ondersteuning aan regters by die hersien en proeflees van konsepgelaaide vonnis(se) om duidelikheid en akkuraatheid te verseker, proeflees alle vonnisse, artikels, toesprake en konferensiepapierre ten opsigte van spelling en grammatika, verseker gehalte van alle verwysings en voetnotas in alle vonnisse en regsartikels teenoor die oorspronklike teks om korrektheid en akkuraatheid te verseker, korrigeer foute (tikfoute) met behulp van track changes sodat regters enige voorgestelde veranderings kan aanvaar of verwerp, verseker gehalte van die instandhouding van kennis van onlangse regsonwikkelings, nuwe wetgewing, en relevante case law, verskaf ondersteuning aan die monitering van regstande, verseker dat regters toegang het tot die jongste regsinligting, hou tred met onlangse ontwikkelings in relevante regsgebiede soos wetgewingsveranderings, nuwe presedente en opkomende regstendense.
