Oorsig

Outoesig hou oor administrasie van ingevoerde en uitgevoerde drankprodukte, bestuur Wine Online-dokumentasie, en berei statistiese verslae voor vir die Department of Agriculture in Stellenbosch.

Vereistes

  • Aansoekers moet in besit wees van 'n Graad 12-sertifikaat. 'n Sertifikaat in wyn sal 'n voordeel wees.
  • Werkverwante werkservaring: Drie (03) jaar administratiewe ervaring in Wine Online-sertifiseringsisteem en gebruikersteun.
  • Werkverwante kennis: Departementbeleide en voorskrifte.
  • Toepaslike regulasies van die Liquor Production Act, 1989 (Act No 60 of 1989).
  • Kennis van wynekultivars en verskillende tipe drank soos omskryf in die Liquor Products Act.
  • Kennis van uitvoer- en invoerprosedures, samestellings- en etiketteringsvereistes van die Liquor Products Act. Verkrygingsprosedures. Kwaliteitsversekeringspraktyke.
  • Kulturele diversiteit.
  • Werkverwante vaardighede: Vermoë om goed te kommunikeer en met mense op verskillende vlakke te skakel.
  • Integriteit en diskresie.
  • Argief van dokumentasie.
  • Uitreik van fakture.

  • Interpretering van invoer/uitvoer-prosedures.
  • Identifisering en oplos van swartlys-kliënte op WOL om te verseker dat daar aan wetgewende voorskrifte voldoen word.
  • Registrasie/kansellasie van A- en B-kodes vir drankprodukte ooreenkomstig Regulasie 40 van die Wet.
  • Verifiëring en toesig oor faktureringprosesse.
  • Outoesig hou en voorsien van finansiële en voorsieningsketen-administrasie en tegniese lyn-administrasiesteundienste in die komponent.
  • Verskaf inligting wat nodig is vir skuif na die korrekte itemkodes op die begroting.
  • Bystand verleen met finansiële bestuur van begroting / 25% besteding per kwartaal. Begrotingsbystand.
  • Verseker behoorlike toekenning van besteding en monitor bestedingsdoelwitte.
  • Verifiëring van fakture.
  • Toesig oor verkrygingsprosesse.
  • Onderhou van finansiële rekords en bateregisters.
  • Bystand verleen met maandelikse en kwartaalikse invoer- en uitvoerverslae.
  • Toesig hou oor nakoming van afvalbestuur en gesondheids- en veiligheidsvereistes.
  • Verseker doeltreffend geargiveerde dokumentasie.
  • Outoesig hou oor menslike hulpbronne/personeel.
  • Toekenning van werk.
  • Kontroleer, verifieer en dateer dokumentasie/registers op (verlof vorms, EPMDS, oortyd).
  • Opdatering van werksplanne en prestasiestandaarde. Prestasie-evaluering. Personeelontwikkeling.
  • Bestuur van uitvoer-administrasiekantoor om doeltreffende Wine Online-steundienste te verseker.

All shortlisted candidates, including SMS, shall undertake two pre- entry assessments. One must be a practical exercise, and the other must be an Integrity (Ethical Conduct) Assessment. Selection panels shall score both technical exercises as an additional criterion in the interview process.
