Registrateur gesoek deur die Kantoor van die Hoofregter by die Gauteng Hooggeregshof in Johannesburg om verstekvonnisse te verwerk en kwasi-regterlike hof funksies te hanteer.
Vereistes
- Aansoekers moet oor 'n LLB-graad op NQF-vlak 8 beskik soos deur SAQA erken. 'n Minimum van twee (2) jaar ervaring in 'n Regsomgewing (dienssertifikate moet die aansoek vergesel).
- MR3: LLB-graad of gelykwaardig plus 'n minimum van twee (2) jaar ervaring na kwalifikasie in 'n regsomgewing.
- MR4: LLB-graad of gelykwaardige kwalifikasie plus 'n minimum van agt (8) jaar ervaring na kwalifikasie in 'n regsberoepsomgewing (dienssertifikate moet die aansoek vergesel).
- MR5: LLB-graad of gelykwaardige kwalifikasie plus 'n minimum van 14 jaar ervaring na kwalifikasie in 'n regsberoepsomgewing (dienssertifikate moet die aansoek vergesel). 'n Geldige bestuurderslisensie, ervaring in 'n hoër Hof of litigasie en toesigervaring sal 'n bykomende voordeel wees.
- Alle gekorte lys kandidate sal 'n voor-toetreed praktiese oefening onderneem as deel van die assesseringsmetode om die kandidaat se geskiktheid te bepaal op grond van die pos se tegniese en generiese vereistes.
- Kennis en vaardighede: Kennis van Saakvloeibestuur, kennis van die wetgewende raamwerke wat die openbare diens regeer, uitstekende kommunikasievaardighede (mondelings en skriftelik), beplannings- en organisasievaardighede, probleemoplossingsvaardighede, numeriese vaardighede, aandag aan besonderhede, professionaliteit, sterk werk-etiek, konflikbestuursvaardighede, tydbestuur en vermoë om onder druk te werk.

- Verwerk verstekvonnisse om die doeltreffendheid van die Hof in die hantering van kwasi-regterlike funksies te verbeter; oorweeg aansoeke om verstekvonnis (Reël 31[5]) deur Hofreëls en regulasies, case law, diskresie en kennis toe te pas; verseker sirkulasie van die uitslag aan die tersaaklike litigerende party; vaslê en opdateer akkurate register van verstekaansoeke en datanutsding wat daagliks by die Kantoor geregistreer word; verifieer data en dien rapporteringsinstrument oor die persentasie verstekvonnisse deur Registrateurs aan die Statistikus in; voer belastingheffings uit om die doeltreffendheid van die Hof in die hantering van kwasi-regterlike funksies te verbeter; bepaal of pleitstukke/prosesse met die Hofreëls voldoen; belast rekeninge van koste deur argumente van die partye aan te hoor en diskresie en kennis toe te pas op die redelike litigasiekostes; verwerk en finaliseer teen- en onteengesprokede belastingheffings in ooreenstemming met SOP; hanteer en finaliseer belastinghersienings (Reël 48) deur die opstel van vermelde sake, antwoorde en voorlegging aan die Regbank; finaliseer belastinghersienings (Reël 48) deur die opstel van vermelde sake, antwoorde en voorlegging aan die Regbank; vaslê en opdateer akkurate rekeninge van koste wat geregistreer is en datanutsdinge in die Kantoor; dien rapporteringsinstrument oor belastingheffings aan die Statistikus in; verifieer data en dien rapportering oor belastingheffings wat deur Registrateurs hanteer is aan die Statistikus in; bestuur strafregtelike/siviele prosesse om die doeltreffendheid van die Hof te verbeter; analiseer statistiese data om tendense te assesseer en strategieë te ontwikkel om geïdentifiseerde risikofaktore aan te spreek; los Presidentiële Hotlyn-navrae en navrae van hoofstuk 9-instellings op; koördineer en rapporteer oor die voorsiening van ondersteuningspersoneel in regsale en Registrateurs se ondersteunende kantore; bestuur die toekenning van prestasie-inligting/data/statistiek vir verslagdoelendes volgends Rapporteringsinstrumente.
- Onderhou en opdateer handmatige registers vir oudit van gerapporteerde prestasie-inligting; hou toesig oor en ontwikkel personeel; verseker algemene toesig oor werknemers; wys pligte toe en voer gehaltebeheer uit op die werk wat deur amptenare gelewer word; bestuur verlof van personeel; adviseer en lei toesighouers met betrekking tot alle aspekte van die werk; bestuur prestasie, gedrag en dissipline van werknemers; verseker dat alle werknemers opgelei en ontwikkel word om in staat te wees om werk van die vereiste standaard doeltreffend en effektief te lewer; ontwikkel, implementeer en monitor werksisteme en -prosesse om doeltreffende en effektiewe funksionering te verseker; hanteer navrae en verskaf advies en leiding oor bate-toekenning en -beheer.
