Assistent-direkteur: Fasiliteitebestuur by die Kantoor van die Hoofregter in Midrand, verantwoordelik vir die implementering van infrastruktuurprojekte en die bestuur van kantoorruimtebeplanning en -onderhoud.

Vereistes

  • Aansoekers moet 'n Nasionale Diploma in Gebou-bestuur/Boubestuur/Projekbestuur/Eiendom/Onroerende-goed-bestuur op NQF-vlak 6 met 360 krediete, soos deur SAQA erken, hê. 'n Minimum van 3 jaar se ervaring in Fasiliteite en Hulpdienste, waarvan een (1) jaar op toesigvlak op salarisvlak 7 of 8 / juniorbestuursvlak moet wees. 'n Geldige bestuurderslisensie sal as 'n bykomende voordeel dien.
  • Alle gekorte lys-kandidate sal 'n voor-toelating praktiese oefening onderneem as deel van die assesseringsmetode om die kandidaat se geskiktheid op grond van die pos se tegniese en generiese vereistes te bepaal.
  • Kennis en vaardighede: Beroepsveiligheids- en Gesondheidswet en ander Gebouregulasies, algemene bou-omgewing insluitend meganiese, elektriese Waterservices-wet, Nasionale Omgewingsbestuurswet 107 van 1998 (NEMA), Hortikulturele prosesse en Skoonmaakbedryf, Openbare Finansiesbestuurswet, (PFMA), Voorsieningskettingbestuursraamwerk, Regeringsbegrotingsprosesse en -prosedures, verslaggewing, projekbestuur en implementering.
  • Analitiese vaardighede, kommunikasievaardighede (skriftelik en mondelings), rekenaarvaardighede, navorsings- en beplanningsvaardighede, verslagskryfvaardighede, interpersoonlike verhoudings en probleemoplossingsvaardighede.

Verseker die implementering van fasiliteite- en infrastruktuurprojekte by OCJ-dienssentrums; voer akkommodasie-behoefte-oudit by dienssentrums uit; konsolideer Gebruikersbatesbestuursplan (UAMP) vir OCJ; bestuur kantoorruimtebeplanning en parkeerplektoekenning; verseker dag-tot-dag onderhoudsfunksie vir OCJ-dienssentrums; ontwikkel onderhoudsplan vir OCJ; koördineer en monitor onderhoudsdienste; monitor en rapporteer oor die status en vordering van onderhoud en werk Aksie-log by; voer bedrywighede uit wat verband hou met fasiliteite binne OCJ; verseker bestuur van kontrakte binne OCJ; verskaf ondersteuning in bestuur van uitgawes binne subdirektoraat; implementeer en verseker nakoming van fasiliteitebeleid en Standaard-bedryfsprosedures (SOP); koördineer die fasiliteite- en hulpdienste vir die OCJ; stel spesifikasies op en hanteer inspeksies op die gebied van skoonmaak; bestuur en beheer toerusting en materiaalregister; koördineer uitbestuurde dienste binne die OCJ; bestuur hulpbronne; verseker algemene toesig en ontwikkeling van werknemers insluitend opleiding; wiens pligte toe en voer gehaltebeheer uit op die werk wat deur amptenare gelewer word; mentor en afrig personeel.
